    @Plusnet Why is my Landline bill higher this month? There are 3 calls allegedly made to 01159338000. We never made these calls yet we have been charged 40 pence for each call. I think that this is a scam. Please can you check.

    @Plusnet Just a suggestion; but when your service is down across the country, you might want to disperse with the timed tweets. They are not a good look.

    Need to renew my broadband do I stick with @Plusnet or go to another provider .. in mind of that they all use @openreach network but @virginmedia I don't play online games

    @plusnethelp #plusnet How can a company delete a whole email account with no written confirmation from the customer?Told I received an email on 18th to tell me, I didnโ€™t get it. Wonโ€™t be recommending #plusnet

    @garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

    @Plusnet Furious with @plusnet for deleting my email account despite confirmation that they WOULDNโ€™T do this when I had to change service provider. Going to complain to the Ombudsman.

    @plusnet I'm trying to turn off the answer service via the online manage your account.... The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

    @O2 keeps dropping out, not receiving calls or texts, data is on and off and @Plusnet not working either. 1st world problems but the only day I need internet and both aren't working properly ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘

    @plusnethelp #plusnet 1.FURIOUS with Plusnet, I have had to move to BT as Plusnet donโ€™t have fast broadband where I now live.Long conversations with customer services re this last week. Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out itโ€™s deleted.

    @Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

    @Plusnet Been a customer for years. Moved to Full Fibre this morning. Now problems!! Not Internet cable sent. Need Internet and mobile for health reasons. I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

    @ArmchairAdml BT is dreadful tbh. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging ยฃ4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better ยฃ20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or Iโ€™m leaving - they matched it (nearly) ๐Ÿ‘
