The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

The Curse of Cedric (@thatcedric) reported@pipmadeley I've had 2 providers fail to repair broadband. (neither of them Plusnet though) I left both of them (one mid contract, they didn't pursue it). My BT broadband has yet to fail in 8 years. I have unbreakable, the connection has dropped but the 4G backup kicks in.

For what it's worth, the adjoining house is empty but the problem started long before it was vacant anyway, so I can confidently rule out any interference coming from within the two properties.
