When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

You promised me uninterrupted service. My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

Β£65 for an engineer and I have to take a day off and it will be another 2 weeks...oh Β£190 to leave!!! a joke!!!
