Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@kitgurupress Er, well, Openreach/Plusnet was tolerable with download of 33Mbps, but intolerable with upload of 1.5Mbps. Virgin maxes out my home plug network (I shall be fixing this with money and hardwiring) so I only see 40Mbps of my connection at the PC (boo), but I get 10Mbps upload

@Plusnet hi plusnet, every night this week my internet has dropped always after 11pm when I’m working - it drops at least 10 times every week, never once with sky did my internet drop and I was with them for 7 years - can u let me know why this keeps happening - PA4 9PE area

Another week or great customer service from @plusnethelp but absolutely appalling/non-existent service from @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. How it can be so difficult to activate broadband in a house where there is a working openreach socket is beyond me.
