The line was still in 2 pieces outside

Mand (@snibbo7) reported@plusnethelp @Plusnet broadband down til the 10th and no free data bolt ons on our plusnet mobiles so kids and us can get online. Apparently when it suits you’re separate companies. £15 for each 4GB bolt on and no dongles available. 😡

Why should I do Plusnet's job for them? I expect compensation.

Stephen (@s_rowles) reported@Plusnet so my broadband is out for the 2nd time today. Go to support pages, says you are open until 10pm, phone up and lines say you closed at 8pm. Live chat also not available all day. Not great :(
