    @Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

    Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

    No stream today. Internet has been acting up since yesterday. Plusnet may have been bad, but at least it was consistent. BT just wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and goes on a rampage randomly..

    @Plusnet Do you know? I would just like you to deliver service to your actual customers... I am tired of constant buffering. Streaming services constantly buffering w poor image. Constant inability to deliver half way decent service. Cannot wait till I can leave @Plusnet Do not touch them

    @Plusnet Thank you for reply, however I have gone though these with no improvement. In fact my connection has got worse with random disconnects as well as the significant latency and slow speeds. I submitted a ticket on the website on Wednesday but have not yet received a response.
