Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@Plusnet why is my mobile data not on. Numerous notifications saying mobile data stopped by your network. Can only make calls and receive texts. Restarted phone etc. Nothing fixes it.

@Plusnet fibre bb installed Monday. Now not working, router showing orange, all lights on the openreach box as they should be, power cycled both still the same. Tried to log fault on your site but it won't let me!
