⚒ Sir IronLion ⚒ (@scott161) reported@pipmadeley @Plusnet BT came round twice to the house and pointed the finger at internal wiring. Finally traced it to a line fault at the box down the road. I’m sure they would have tried to blame that on me too.

We can still operate thanks to Izettle & O2 3G but it’s a massive inconvenience. We’re stock taking with pen & paper. Sigh. Bear with. Hopefully back to normal tomorrow. Fuming! 🤬 Waste of morning!

thatjamesboy. (@thatjamesboy) reported@Plusnet with your 100mb+ fibre would we be able to use a 3rd party modem router? Or can we access the DNS settings on your own routers as standard? (Not currently a plusnet customer)
