Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

@plusnethelp Don't switch to plusnet. Once they have your money you don't get any help. Can't call because it's too busy, no live chat. No support. Funny when I signed up it only took 2 minutes?

@Plusnet Your service was recommended to me and I setup my account a week before I moved into my property. It now says the order has been cancelled and there is a problem and I cant get through on the phone or via online chat.I was expecting a better level of customer service!

@plusnet Wheres my broadband switch? Ordered 18Nov, told it would happen 25Nov, then 27Nov, then 28Nov. 3 broken promises and no broadband switch and no communication from Plusnet! Ordered the switch on 20-Oct - not as if they haven't had time to plan for it!!!

Thanks @Plusnet after having shocking service from you for 18 months, we decided to go with a decent company, the date you gave us for change over of service is tomorrow the 30th November but it has been cut off today. Thanks again just the service I have come to expect from you

For a month, I haven’t been able to get reliable internet at home on my: • FTTC landline (@Plusnet) • @ThreeUK 4G HomeFi (via dual WAN router) • O2 mobile • EE 2nd mobile This is just north of Slough, not back of beyond. Has to be downstream network problems doesn’t it?

Who’s a good internet provider, I pay mental amounts at @Plusnet for it to never work and support to tell me to spend months testing channels or that “doesn’t work well with Apple devices”

Some of the @Plusnet customer service agents are so incompetent. When a request was issued to add credit to my account, it took a third agent to finally issue it. They call it a "good will gesture" even though it's money that's owed to me. Appalling service! #badservice #plusnet

@Plusnet anyone else experienceing the cold shoulder of no customer service from plusnet? Been a week since I reported trult awful broadband speeds and not a whisper of a reply.
