Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet Woeful customer service. My bill jumps from £28.50pm to £41.59pm, and your retention team tells me the only way I can get the deal online is to leave, go without internet for 30 days, and then pay a connection fee again. I once recommended you to everyone. What a joke.

I have been with Plusnet for quite a number of years, now I have a problem with broadband dropping out 3 to 4 times a day I hang on for up to 1 hr a day trying to get through, I have also emailed, but no one ever gets back, I will not be renewing again.

@Plusnet , I have sent a DM and haven’t received a reply , I have continually tried to call you , couldn’t get through . You have took 2 x payments from my elderly fathers account but not set up a broadband account , can you look into this appalling service please .

Must compliment @unocomm on my broadband switch. Conducted with no issues and an immediate improvement in performance over @Plusnet. Looks like the issues they couldn’t locate were their own - their “award winning” service was truly dire!
