Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet @MoneyTelegraph After 10days Plusnet still cannot retrieve a phone call proving they told me I didn't have to pay cancellation charges. I have a letter from the Head of Customer Services stating same. Plusnet uses threat of debt collection agencies to cover own mistakes.

@Plusnet Is there a problem with landlines in L19? When people ring they are getting ring tone for a second then crackles. People ringing me think that there is a problem and hang up

It’s Saturday and once again @VirginMedia is down in EN4 moved from #sky as that was bad but now every Saturday having problems. Lucky at work have #Plusnet no problems.
