    @Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

    Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

    @plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

    @Ofcom you say that “mobile users on any network” can forward messages to 7726 but not if, like me, they are with @Plusnet, a bit misleading.

    @Plusnet broadband connection down since Thurs morning, keep being assured it will be sorted “tomorrow” but nobody can tell me what the problem is. At what point does this get escalated and when will we be refunded for several days’ lack of service?

    @ThreeWordsWork @Peston @Meish52 Ofcom the same. Plusnet are signed to the voluntary service agreement which will never ever pay. Let me know if you know otherwise. Left us without usable internet for weeks and loads of missed appointments. Scammers all of them.

    ******. Am trying to sign up to @Plusnet with their award winning customer service. but they're not answering their phones. They, along with every other company in the country, are experiencing higher than expected call volumes (ie don't employ enough staff). Apparently

    @savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet which is owned by BT. I'm paying for 36 mbps but I'm lucky to get 9 sometimes it's less than 1 but the speed goes up & down like a yoyo. I also get disconnected frequently but only for a few seconds. I wonder if it would help if I bought another router
