Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@Plusnet Yet again for the 3rd month running I've received a massive bill for phone costs when I don't even have a phone connected !!,the incompetence of Plusnet is next level, the engineer you sent out said there's a crosswire issue and that it was fixed, obviously not,FUMING!😡

@Plusnet been nearly 3 weeks for my installation to be completed 2 afternoons already been booked off work, one engineer called me today he was sick and the next engineer booked for the week after didn’t show, no contact from anyone. Not very great service for a new customer 😔
