Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@ThreeWordsWork @Peston @Meish52 Ofcom the same. Plusnet are signed to the voluntary service agreement which will never ever pay. Let me know if you know otherwise. Left us without usable internet for weeks and loads of missed appointments. Scammers all of them.

@savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet which is owned by BT. I'm paying for 36 mbps but I'm lucky to get 9 sometimes it's less than 1 but the speed goes up & down like a yoyo. I also get disconnected frequently but only for a few seconds. I wonder if it would help if I bought another router
