Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

@Plusnet I've been trying to cancel my account for a month after moving. Can only be done by phone- no answer x lots. Called by you today to collect my outstanding payment. Yes, I said, now can I cancel. Money taken. Transferred to cancellation team.. 1/2

@Plusnet Very disgusted by your service. My parents have been waiting over a month for you to install their phone line. Every time an engineer comes they don't bring the right equipment and leave. It happened for the third time today. Your company lacks basic communication.
