Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

@Plusnet My appointment been missed past 1pm and Plusnet are saying their system is down to actually get any info from Openreach. How am I supposed to remote access live IT Systems if my connection has dropped out 7 times this morning? Issue ongoing since the end of April.

@Ofcom, you keep telling us to send scam messages to 7726 BUT what if the provider does not support this option i.e. @Plusnet so perhaps you should make it a requirement that all providers do allow its customers to do so ?

@CockertonMark @JRainbowWarrior @bt_uk Pretty dire and expensive. Plusnet were great and the one time I needed customer service they were great too.
