@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet For the last 2 weeks I've had no signal when at home so cannot send/receive messages, make/receive calls and WiFi calling is unavailable on Plusnet - EE state there's a problem yet it seems nothing is being done about it and I'm paying for a service I cannot use!

@Plusnet Hi @Plusnet i am really unhappy at what your customer services told me through my account that this charge is because I pay a month ahead - it clearly states the date of the period to be billed covers up to 18th Nov and my contract runs til 14th Nov. Not fair. /1
