Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

@laura_alice24 @SkyUK NO such thing as customer loyalty. Always shop around each time a contracts up and be willing to change. the money companies make because people are too lazy to shop around is insane! Plusnet have been pretty good the last 5/6 years - I make them drop the price each renewal!

@AmandaS40972684 @Plusnet Have had trickles of a few emails. Mostly looks like those from the early hours before the issue first started (around 6am yesterday) and then new emails today. Haven’t had anything that would have been sent yesterday tho. It’s only personal mail. Moved biz from PN few years ago
