@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@Plusnet 24th & 25th Dec internet has gone off every ten mins! I work from home for emergency service and had to relocate. Not able to access tv, and WiFi supports heating etc. Please can I get help with this asap? I know it’s festive period, but it’s needed. HD3 area

@ClarkQuadGirls @Plusnet Speed checked numerous times over numerous days, different times of day, no devices and multiple devices in use. 2 engineer visits both stating external speed bang on, stating issue is Plusnet. New router, numerous calls to customer services, complaint logged but not acknowledged

Yet again disgraceful service from @Plusnet STILL not supplying agreed speeds so in breach of contract. Also in breach of their complaints procedure by not only failing to respond in timescale, but also not even acknowledging the complaint. But I can't leave cos of contract???

@Plusnet The engineer is installing the new phone line . Please can you cancel the call divert that’s in place with immediate affect? I’m worried your office will have closed by the time the engineer has finished.
