@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

After checking for 1hr @Plusnet hanging up on people after a recorded message, who call your support line, isn't good customer service, your status page states there are no issues still! Thanks to @VOXI_UK I've been able to set up a hotspot to at least answer some emails!

@Plusnet I am having trouble with my internet. Line has been checked and is ok, I sent REFRESH text an hour ago but had no response and still not working. When I go to use WiFi again it just says no internet connection. Can you help please as nothing is happening

Going into my second hour without any plusnet internet connection on a key day of important work. What’s the eta on service resuming?! The worst part is zero communication, a txt or something to users wouldn’t go amiss
