Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

@Plusnet Well it went down at around 12:30 this morning as a number of devices went offline, your site wasn't reflecting this at 8am. It still looks to be down now as I'm not able to connect to anything at home! Is this still an ongoing outage?

@Plusnet Internet has been down all morning and I am having to use my mobile data, something which I can scarcely afford to use. This is not good enough and the lack of communication with customers is appalling.

@Plusnet @quantumhealer1 9 hrs is not a short time and there are thousands of reports on Down Detector, starting at 12.30am. Why did it take 8 hours to acknowledge an issue despite promoting 24/7 support? We understand that things go wrong but you are solely lacking in the way you have dealt with it.
