    Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

    @BeckyLakey Hey Becky Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving good speeds. If you are receiving 27 Mbps while on a 900 Mbps package, there is an issue somewhere. Please can you send us a DM with your Plusnet username, so we can take a look into this. Josh

    @SouthEastRailGp I sent a copy to the HMRC and Action Fraud reporting system but I had to send the screenshot as the @plusnet email system refused to let me forward the actual message ... even though I was sending it to the Government fraud / phishing reporting service - who want to be notified

    @Plusnet Hi, I don't want to be phoned you will email me .Hi, were plusnet having issues on 18.08.2025 (Monday) or also the previous evening the Sunday , as the service was poor even by plusnet standards , intermittent and low download speed when it was there, just poor ! Lamentably so.
