@OpenreachHelp Sadly Plusnet have not been informed of this power outage in fact we usually tell them. I work from home and have very little data left on my contract, batteries need replacing regularly and consistently until a permanent fix is made. It's 2022 we should not have to beg for a fix

Had to contact @Plusnet again today, another great member of their support team, Fabio, helped me book an engineer for tomorrow to further look into my on-going lack of Internet.

@Plusnet Advertising new customer contracts at £23.99 per month yet you’ve increased my charge from £24.99 to £27.45, 6 months into my 18 month contract. This to be seems both deceiving & unfair. Your ethics are poor especially during a rising energy costs crisis!

@Ofcom Please can you investigate and do something about Plusnet. They offer services and cannot provide them. I signed an unlimited fibre extra and from day one. I have never received the speed. Complained and get excuse after excuses.

Can anyone @Plusnet PLEASE contact me? I’ve had no phone signal since yesterday afternoon. I’ve asked on the community pages and messenger but it all seems to be falling on deaf ears. I can’t call - even though I have home Wi-Fi
