    @Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

    Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

    @plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

    Hoping parents' phoneline is back on today. My poor Mum, battling with the mobile & my Dad used to know all about phones years ago. His job was designing telephone exchanges. I keep bothering @Plusnet ... their customer services are so good.👍

    Right, Just signed up for ordinary broadband (not Fibre) on Plusnet. Should start in about two weeks. 18.99 for up to 10MBS with unlimited downloads. After years with talktalk, they couldn't guarantee go below £20 and shell had too many poor reviews.

    @Plusnet Waited 2 hours for a call back. You’ve ignored one message from me this morning and one from my girlfriend. A company who pride themselves on customer service , you aren’t doing great are you?!

    @Plusnet It's also great that the EE site won't let me report the outage since it doesn't recognise Plusnet numbers, as if we're second class citizens.

    @Plusnet Really frustrating that Plusnet mobile doesn’t support short code texting. Unable to reply to the bank, NHS, dentist etc. are there any plans to introduce this. Adding WiFi calling would also be helpful.

    @Plusnet @SenseiAsad I’m the same Asad. Down for over 24 hours now for me after the same last week. Please can you advise @Plusnet ? I did call but was unable to speak to anyone and the voicemail just continues to say call back tomorrow?

    Switched my landline phone over easily to VOIP (same number) via my internet service provider @aaisp and now I'm paying £1.20 per month instead of the £21.22 I was paying Plusnet (since I moved away from Plusnet broadband). I should have done this a long time ago.
