    @plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

    Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

    @Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

    @Plusnet Even when I contacted the md nothing was done except for some idiot contacting me and make a lot of promises he didn’t keep.

    @MoneySavingExp Couldn't have been easier. Rang BT, answered all the questions, passed eligibility. The speeds will be slightly higher than those I was getting with Plusnet on faster fibre. You DO NOT get lower speeds or poorer service on the Essential plan. £15pm for 38mb or £20pm for 68-72mb.

    PLUS NET @Plusnet THAT WONT DO 😡 Customer service is rubbish There sales team are LIARS 😡 internet router is crap , sign up at your peril , cancel and they send you bills for cancelling that their sales team say they wont , LIARS 😡

    @WhichUK I’m still waiting for my refund from John Lewis Broadband via @Plusnet from October. I was wrongly charged a termination fee and they refuse to repay me even though they agree thru made a mistake. I feel that I’ve no choice now but to go to court! Please help @MoneySavingExp

    @MartinSLewis Firstly, I have been very lucky with Plusnet as my provider, unlucky with parent company BT and found TalkTalk the worst. Secondly, I have 7 email addresses I use for different accounts and only use the provider email for them. Thirdly, ALWAYS be prepared to walk away.

    @MarcAllera @PlusNet Hi - I got a Plusnet Purcard in Jan22, saved it for especially for Dec,only to find it is no longer valid 'cos I needed to register. Plusnet Customer Serv has been v unhelpful. Pls advise who I can contact to resolve b4 card expires.

    @Plusnet Hi Jim, I’ve read the notes on my plusnet account and it seems like this problem could go on for an unknown amount of time. Is it really so difficult to send £50 to a continuing customer? Do you have any additional updates yourself? The notes weren’t helpful at all. Thank you.

    @Plusnet 45 minutes in a queue to speak to an advisor and at 8pm the call centre just shuts down.
