Tandleman (@tandleman) reported from Middleton, EnglandGetting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out itโs deleted.
