    @Plusnet My broadband should have gone live today. Internet from old ISP ceased at midnight. You promised me uninterrupted service. My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Andy baker you should be ashamed of the service you offer. new customer 5 weeks in and still jo broadband £50 for nothing. £65 for an engineer and I have to take a day off and it will be another 2 weeks...oh £190 to leave!!! a joke!!!

    Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

    Bit **** how I’ve been on the phone to plusnet around 6 times now regarding my broadband which isn’t working and after failing to phone me back like they promised yesterday they finally report it as a fault in the line which could take 3-5 days to be addressed.

    If you are in South Manchester and have an issue with broadband, there is a BT incident in the area. Not showing on their website! Plusnet informed me should be fixed this afternoon. Check with your provider.

    Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.     @LordoftheSplash I have told them that they can no longer access the neighbours just action bad as it is on my property . Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway
