My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!
