Tandleman (@tandleman) reported from Middleton, EnglandGetting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!
-
Joniredchops (@joniredchops) reported from Wigan, England@virginmedia Cancelled yesterday. Was happy at £25 a month. Looks like we're off to Vodafone or Plusnet for £22. Shame really, been a decent service.
-

-
Alex 🐝 (@alexjb24) reported from Salford, England@Plusnet hello, my internet has kept cutting out all day again. My postcode is M5 4SG. This is happening far too frequently. Can you please fix it? When this happened last time you were able to fix it remotely instead of sending an engineer so hope that’s possible. Thanks
-
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

-
Gareth Stachini (@stachini82) reported from Manchester, England@code_sean @bt_uk Happened to me earlier this year so switched to @Plusnet, similar service but cheaper.
-
Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England@Plusnet you are the worst I ever used. I just want things to come back to normal so I can change ... never use #plusnet it’s the worst. Slow... expensive ... and no response if you call
-
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

Plusnet Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).
-
BSox T (@BsoxT52516) reported@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get Plusnet - part of bt - so problems dealt with quickly
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
-
Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported@Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal
-
Alyssa Jade C (@AlyssaJade7274) reported@Plusnet You haven’t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you don’t know.
-
Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@WeAreOpenreach Have you actually read my post. ? We have not had a satisfactory response from Plusnet . Can you provide a telephone number for customer services or the appropriate department.
-
Joseph Barrett (@FrankGrimes36) reported@graceemsxx Always used Plusnet and they have been reliable. UK customer service call centre as well I believe.
-
Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱
-
Jason F (@jasonFr54781642) reported@Plusnet trying to cancel my account as i am leaving and travelling abroad for the rest of this year, was on the phone 14 mins, the que said 20 mins then got cut off, anyone else had an issue. #plusnet
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I've had an email about phone line switch off. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.
