    @DonaKempton @SkyUK @Plusnet Well sky rent bt technology and plusnet are owned by bt so when I check .. for example .. down detector I always check bt status too ..

    @thatPoleLouis @Plusnet Contact ofcom asap ... there is policy that if an isp have not upheld their side of their contract they CANNOT charge a cancellation fee .. but ofcom can help better x

    @DavidALavery @Plusnet I recommend raising issue via resolver who will escalate when plusnet still ignore you .. I'm limited to choice in my area and my mum used say better the devil you know !!

    @plusnethelp just so you are aware plusnet have places ILLEGAL restrictions onto my account again and it is now my intention to take this issue further .. another disgraceful example of plusnets arrogance and utter lack of customer consideration !!!

    It’s time for @Plusnet to get more call handlers. Minimum of a 45 minute queue every time we call no matter what time we call. Shameful for a business which prides itself on customer service

    @Plusnet trying to stream anything today is utterly pointless .. been awful since my signal completely vanished again making netflix .. now tv box and smart tv crash !! To say I'm frustrated is a understatement .. #bandwidthlimitation

    @NeilStuke When we moved earlier this year we had to leave @Plusnet as there was no @bt_uk fttc. Only option for fast broadband was @virginmedia. Had a number of connection issues. When I stopped using their hub3 as router and used a @DrayTekUK one, the problems seemed to clear.

    Sad to see that #Plusnet customer service is now plunging towards the same awful, shameless state as it's parent BT. Inevitable I suppose once the acquisition matured. But still sad.

    @KyotoWuff My stepdad is the same paying iirc about £60/m for Virgin said he doesn't want to pay that much for it and was also switching to plusnet idk how good it would be though heard it is about 60-80 down and about 20-ish up would be good for the price though about £25/m

    Sky have cut off our TV and broadband package, I had to cancel it as there is no way I can afford £127 a month. Me and my sister have set up a deal with Plusnet so I’m just waiting for them so send us a router and we have Now TV which is a lot cheaper than Sky

    3/ Gone are days when customer service could get on the phone to other depts or suppliers to sort things. Now all they can do is choose from a menu. If your problem's not on the list you're ******. All I want is a phone and a net connection @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach #badservice

    1/ So, just moved into a house and trying to get phone/internet from @Plusnet. Order keeps getting cancelled by @WeAreOpenreach. 6 times I've ordered through Plusnet, 6 times cancelled by bloody Openreach. Plusnet customer service guys do their best with a crap system...
