    Best internet provider? Currently with @Plusnet and they are absolutely terrible. Can’t connect phones to the WiFi and the signal goes about 1m in the house and what you can get is slow as anything 🙄

    @Plusnet hi my broadband was due to be transferred to my new address and go live today but I’m having a lot of issues. First I had a text saying it was to be delayed and now I’ve had a text saying to send back the router bcoz I’m no longer with plus net?? Could somebody plz help

    @virginmedia Cancelled yesterday. Was happy at £25 a month. Looks like we're off to Vodafone or Plusnet for £22. Shame really, been a decent service.

    @virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

    @Plusnet Hello Emily & Plusnet team, just to confirm that when I arrived back on Saturday eve & my phone connected to the network,it worked for calls for the first time. It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

    @Plusnet Very disappointed by the attitude of one of your agents when calling today with my Mum to change her payment details. She’s partially sighted and needs my assistance with reading details, yet this wasn’t acceptable and the woman was incredibly rude. 😢

    @plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter

    8 yrs with @sky no problems one month with @Plusnet billing issues. If you are thinking of switching to them give it a miss.

    @Plusnet disgusted that after being a loyal customer for 9 yrs due to no fault of my own I’ve had to sell my flat , move in with my mum therefore cancel my broadband. My reward from Plusnet - £140 cancellation fee! So disappointed. No empathy whatsoever. Never using again.

    @02 @plusnethelp so my elderly mother is without a network because 02 have taken her number from plusnet, so she has been cut off, 02 are meant to be sorting this, but your staff don't even call back, 02 you have taken this number and we need it back, its your mistake so sort it

    @Plusnet Upside down doesn't even come close to the appalling service I've had from plusnet since moving. Over 15 yrs as customer, converted friends to your service, & this is how you treat customers. Shocking.

    @theurparanoid @xStormxBringeRx You know what? I work in a job where a stable internet connection is more important than a fast internet connection. I have no problems with my 80Mb Plusnet line, but a colleague has terrible with 500+Mb Virgin all the time. In Edinburgh they seem terrible.

    @bornblonde12 No WiFi for over a week numerous calls and emails to #Plusnet and now today they r sending someone out. So much for a maximum of 72hrs to fix a problem. This is why I have been quiet babes xx
