When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

I call you for two occasions that don’t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.
