    @adechapmanlaw Problem is their phone line is crap, so PlusNet (who they were previously with) also would never get the phone line sorted and they were left with the same crappy speeds. Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

    Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

    @plusnethelp broadband swap over due today, current provider has now disconnected, PlusNet service not initiated. Cannot reach your helpline to confirm switch over. Not a good first impression.

    @Plusnet hello, my internet has kept cutting out all day again. My postcode is M5 4SG. This is happening far too frequently. Can you please fix it? When this happened last time you were able to fix it remotely instead of sending an engineer so hope that’s possible. Thanks

    @Plusnet In your booklet that arrives with the router, you advertise 7:30am to 10:00pm. I call you for two occasions that don’t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp hi, my broadband service today and yesterday has been shocking. It has cut out 8 times in the past 3 hours alone which is unacceptable as I need it to work from home (so I’ve had to use loads of my mobile data allowance). Can you please tell me when I 1/2

    @Plusnet can you help me get this cheque reissued? Unfortunately being a busy key worker I struggled to get to the bank on time. I contacted the contact centre and they gave me details of a third party company who only deal with bank transfers and directed me back to yourselves.

    @OpenreachHelp I have. Connection broken on Friday after engineers strung new adjacent overhead section. Reported to Plusnet, told would be remedied 2day but OR men in Rd didn't check - not on worksheets! Expensive revisit needed when your men could have sorted today. Very poor show really,

    @plusnethelp the worst customer experience I've ever had! My home move is now 3wks delayed. Hours of calls and still not working. Line is active now, but PlusNet can't seem to link to my new account, after cancelling my old one for no reason it seems. Absolutely useless!

    @virginmedia And btw Service Page didn't help. Tried everything. Broadband still unreliable & still slow. Tried calling @Plusnet to sound out about switching, a human answered straight away. Sharper, better trained, nicer, no waffle or nonsense. Why are *none* of Virgin call staff like this?
