Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

I call you for two occasions that donβt answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (Iβll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, Iβm with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for Β£28 a month with no mid contract price increases.
