Alex 🐝 (@alexjb24) reported from Salford, England@Plusnet hello, my internet has kept cutting out all day again. My postcode is M5 4SG. This is happening far too frequently. Can you please fix it? When this happened last time you were able to fix it remotely instead of sending an engineer so hope that’s possible. Thanks

Chris. Bracken (@ChrisBr41449425) reported from Warrington, England@plusnet @plusnethelp You've left my elderly, shielding parents without a phone line for 48hrs now, and nothing is being done. I sat for 45mins on hold this morning to call you, and couldn't get through. At this stressful time, this isn't good enough! Any chance of a solution?

-
Alex 🐝 (@alexjb24) reported from Salford, England@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi, my broadband service today and yesterday has been shocking. It has cut out 8 times in the past 3 hours alone which is unacceptable as I need it to work from home (so I’ve had to use loads of my mobile data allowance). Can you please tell me when I 1/2

-
Leah Whitehorse (@LeahWhitehorse) reported from Salford, England@bt_uk It would be helpful if you updated your website to show known service issues and outages. Outage in Manchester today is a known issue yet nothing on your site. Plusnet informed me.
-
Sally O’Shea (@sweetiesal) reported from Sale, EnglandZero communication or update on @Plusnet website about the fact the network is clearly down across the UK- you can’t even get a dial tone when ringing their customer services either. What is going on?!
-
Jackie (@CroftJackie) reported from Up Holland, England@plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. Stephen B (@Stephen40141780) reported@Plusnet I’ve just taken personal broadband with you. I do not wish to financially support BT Group’s documented support for Migrant Help/refugees. Please explain what contractual provision prevents me terminating without an early termination charge, and cite the specific clause.
-
Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
-
-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
-
ǝǝqspǝǝl 🇬🇧⚛️⚡️💡 (@leedsbee) reported@Benleo Never been a customer of theirs but It’s probably a very close tie between them, BT, Three, EE & Plusnet. The needs of the customer are totally irrelevant
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Ofcom Poor overall @Plusnet couldn't even give me some credit for overcharging me... may have to go to @Ofcom
-
