This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
