This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services.
