It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter
