This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

I’ve had intermittent connection/speed problems since March 2020 (incl during a job interview 🙄), their customer service isn’t that great and they kept trying to close my case when the issue hadn’t been resolved. Looking at switching as we speak!

I've been in the situation where my signal has been competing with 6 or other routers on the same channel. 5ghz shouldn't be a problem.
