Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

I only switched to Virgin myself last year because I could finally afford fibre, but I'm so close to the exchange I'm not on a cabinet and Virgin are the only company who use their own cabinets.
