It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. anthony Oakes (@aoakes51) reported@Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach
