@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@OneWorldCyclin1 @Plusnet Mine is down since the 9th November. PLusnet tell me this am 60% has been restored. Not encouraging unless mine has been restored. It will take us a few days more! Should they change their name to Minusnet?

Hello @PlusNet why are you so totally and utterly incompetent? Please can your Head of Customer Services review my telephone calls with your Executive Complaints dept in July, URGENTLY, and get my contract (to July 2023) and billing correct? Your latest email is wrong AGAIN.

@Plusnet The problems are that I will leave home in the morning, before I leave no issue. Come back in the evening, nothing will connect to anything till the routers rebooted. And on top once a connection for a device is established periodically the connection goes out....

@ruskin147 Reminds me of working in the Plusnet call centre. Where a customer would call and say... "I've got t'internet.. you that thingy ". To which the answer would be "You sure the internet hasn't got you sir ? ".
