The physical line will be the same, you're basically comparing on customer service and price. Plusnet business are good but don't offer full fibre, Zen Business is good, avoid BT business

(@gceccles) reportedHey @Plusnet I thought the lack of response from you over the weekend was that you perhaps didn’t work weekends. Perhaps you just never respond? When are you and @Screwfix going to sort this out? Seems the ball’s in your court.

(@HoldenMadickie) reported@Plusnet Can I strongly recommend you suggest that people trying to sign up with you DISABLE ADBLOCK first? It blocked a pop-up about the internet filter (the one I had already opted out of) which seemingly guaranted the entire process to fail.

(@CrippleGirl) reported@Plusnet Hi Sammy It's a bit late now, 3 days later, to help. I used a carers phone to call customer services. First person I spoke to didn't appear to have had disability awareness training and hung up on me for being rude when it was actually him not listening to me.

(@flunny907) reported@Plusnet Of course I need my internet fixed because to leave you I have to pay the full two years of bills even though you were NEVER able to connect me. 21st August this started but 3 weeks tomorrow of no internet/broadband.....all thanks to you

 Lisa Jonas
    (@CrippleGirl) reported Lisa Jonas
(@CrippleGirl) reported@Plusnet Second person was helpful and we resolved the issue. But it doesn't deal with the fact that you don't have any contact methods other than calling. How do those customers who WFH, live alone and don't have a landline contact you if the issue is they can't make calls?
