@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

Shocked at the level of service from @Plusnet. My internet is down. My wife is having to tether to her phone to work and I cant watch telly because it uses the internet. I was told on the phone it could be Thursday before the external issue is fixed. ...

1/3 - I struggled with @Plusnet for 12 months. Tried literally everything to improve the woeful WiFi signal. They said “nothing wrong with the connection or router, it must be your devices”. Basically told “This is your problem, not ours”…
