@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet Don’t waste your time with plusnet guys! I’ve always had terrible connections with them, they make false promises. I currently have no internet because of their absolute S**T services! They are also not willing to help at all as I’ve reported so many times! F***ing Useless!!!

@Plusnet Still waiting for my emails to be recovered. I am sure if I stopped my Direct Debit payments as quick as you archived my emails you wouldnt like the restore time to put the direct debit service back to receive payment. #whatsabetterISPtomoveto #thatlldo #thatneedsimprovement

@Plusnet we have had no internet since yesterday morning (14 Sept) It appears the whole area is without internet. BT,Sky,EE area is SO17 area of Southampton. Please can you advise me as to what the problem is.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp really need to look at their support of email and archiving without notice active email accounts. Either raise the quotas or dont archive live emails. If you do archive mailbox you should be prepared to unarchive within minutes not up to 72 hours
