@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@steventeague16 If you haven't done so already, can you please test the speed of a device which is connecting directly to the router via Ethernet; rather than through the Mesh? It would also help if you do this while no other devices are connected. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@vodafoneuk My broadband went live a week ago and still no router, or even an estimate of when it might arrive. Should not have been switched from plusnet until router dispatched. Shocking service. Have been told I’ll get compensation but how and when will this be organised?
