    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Plusnet I have no signal or mobile data on my phone. It keeps telling me to ring customer services but I can't as I have no signal. It's been like this since yesterday afternoon.

    @Plusnet why can I not receive ANY calls on my mobile? One of your operators says there is an mobile outage but NOTHING on your status update !I’ve been waiting in all day for a call from ICU where partner is and nothing but they called 4 times what is going on this is appalling

    @Plusnet Regarding the change from McAfee to Norton, every time I request a download I just get 10 emails telling me there was a problem with the order.

    @Plusnet I have been getting this message for weeks now and I can not get anyone to call me ,so what do I do? I just want to move to a quicker package, why don't you want to help me with this?

    @Plusnet It is fixed now, I phoned up and it was weirdly a router reset with corrupted password - odd cos I never changed it - courrupted update?

    @Plusnet To be fair to Plusnet they have stopped the erroneous £360 charge for ending my contract early. I was fortunate. Dont assume they may do it for you. My criticism of their service, however, still stands.

    So @Plusnet your engineer came out, confirmed no signal in bedroom, said you would sort me out with kit to boost signal. Then get a text from yourselves, all good so ticket being closed. ????????????

    @plusnet 24 hours so far with calls to 3 of our mobiles going straight to voicemail. No courtesy text to let us know the service is down. Not a great start 1 month in. Will seriously have to consider whether we remain with you.
