    @Plusnet confused as to why Iโ€™ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service โ˜๐Ÿฟ

    @stonefish100 Plusnet have some decent deals just now. We're with them.. No reliability issues.. and you get the BT Sports app for a Fiver too.

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @MoneySavingExp please can you rattle some cages! Badly let down by John lewis to plusnet swap should of happened over night. Now two home workers have no internet for 5/7day๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. Iโ€™ve now been told to call you back on Friday when Iโ€™m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

    Is #PlusNet broadband a part of BT? Thinking of switching as my current internet is nearly out of contract but had bad experiences with BT in the past so am at a bit of a loose end. I rely on descent internet as I stream everything via my TV.

    @Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasnโ€™t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

    @Plusnet Hello, We have contacted Plusnet and Ofcom. As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood โ€“ Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway โ€“ it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     AVOID @Plusnet for yr Internet Pull you in with fake fast Internet speeds! After 2 months absolutely slow as ****! Ring up complain same old bullshit its at yr end! No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended me contract!!!
