To keep in touch with orders via son's bedroom; log, invoice & send out books via office crazy. Yes, I know BT line now virtual & clicking on/off costs £100 or so when I never cut off service in the first place... time to become a hermit/nun!

It took three weeks to re-establish the connection. We successfully sued the operator for every day of lost service.

Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Checked your wifi or your Internet connection? How old is the router? What fault do Plusnet suggest is occurring? Eg. REIN? Is speed up/down the issue? Do you monitor this to see if it is linked to weather (such as rain getting in to BT junction boxes)?
