@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@stonefish100 Plusnet have some decent deals just now. We're with them.. No reliability issues.. and you get the BT Sports app for a Fiver too.

@Plusnet Plusnet support advise that between 50-100 locations are down in Colchester and the estimate repair is 18 hours. No redundancy. Totally unacceptable in 2022

Wonder if @OpenreachHelp and @Plusnet will actually fix the landline / broadband after 8 days of it being down. Poor poor service received so far.
