@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet poor speeds in @Islington Current line speed: 4.9Mb. This is a measure of the actual line speed. It’s only a little higher than min. Guaranteed Speed: 2.1Mb and my work MS Teams meetings keep dropping which is bad for business! Help pls

@Plusnet Hi, good morning. I have a problem. Could you help me? I ordered my broadband on 21 May and finally it was activated last night. I set up the router but now broadband light is flashing red.

@Plusnet Thank you for your reply. I’ve worked through the list of things to try, and have not been able to resolve the fault. I’ve therefore called the Plusnet support line which has confirmed there is an issue, and arranged for an engineer to visit during the week.
