Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

We call daily & are told the same thing, we will cancel the order and rebook it, there is no manager available, no accountability, we were just told it would take 5 days for a manager to come back to us!?

Keeping my fingers crossed @OpenreachHelp manage to sort the problem soon. Hope its not been caused by the fibre vans working throughout the village :(
