    @plusnethelp Contacting you about a line which was transferred from BT to Plusnet. Ever since the transfer, Caller ID has not worked at all. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    Still waiting for assistance from @Plusnet and @plusnethelp Issue been going on since June and still no internet. Absolutely terrible customer services

    @Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

    @Shaun_Sheppard @Plusnet We’ve been getting intermittent speed issues for a bit. Happens once a week, but cycling the router doesn’t do anything. Reminds me of being back on dialup, but at least the internet doesn’t scream at me now.

    have to cancel, but Plusnet have been in touch to confirm that it will be cancelled. Am I going to retain my existing broadband services until the 13th?

    @Plusnet I've already asked her to do this with the fault that she reported a while back which still hasn't been fixed. Unfortunately I live some distance away so while I originally set this up for her I don't get to see her often to help with issues like this.

    @LewisJB__ Yea it always goes out as well apparently. Have bt at home never found problems but let my mates decide uni wifi and they’ve managed to get plusnet which is worlds worst lol

    @Plusnet so sick of this crap service - signal been dropping all day on home broadband and it’s defo plus net as having to use my hotspot to use for work and that’s fine

    @Plusnet Shame on you. Terrible customer service yet again. 1 month and counting to move my broadband service. Can only advise people to avoid at all cost.

    @Plusnet Right. I'm still unable to receive calls unless I switch to 3G. This is terrible. I cannot afford to keep missing calls because they just don't show up if I have 4G enabled. I've been a customer for 3 weeks and will be leaving in the next week if it's not sorted

    @Plusnet Anoush. I have the problem again, but have found that whilst I cannot access the www as a whole, or use the Whatsapp for @Windows app, I CAN access ONLY @Google sites. I pay for #AVG #InternetSecurity, but am suspicious now. Sarah
