    @plusnethelp Contacting you about a line which was transferred from BT to Plusnet. Ever since the transfer, Caller ID has not worked at all. Can you help?

    @Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @Plusnet what on earth is taking you so long to fix the email issues? It would help if you gave more detail about the issue and what you’re doing to fix it than the vague updates. Taking far too long. What’s the plan for compensation?

    Hello @Plusnet - I see that you have a problem with your webmail service. Could this fault also be affecting your webserver? I get a page with the message "Service Unavailable The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when I look at my webpage.

    @DAW4 @Plusnet Mine is personal too so it could be worse for me also. But an announcement / update on the general page on Twitter would help, I have seen nothing through the day. It might head off some of those calls.
