    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    The past 12 months with @Plusnet has been shocking! Some of the worst customer service and a terrible product service. So happy to be leaving!

    @Plusnet why does my router restart almost every single day without fail. Just sitting there and it'll restart and go through the red flashing then turn blue again. Really annoying!

    @medicipopes @Plusnet I'm having the same issue on Rye and it was patchy yesterday too...however my Dad is also having problems in Leicester and has missed 2 phone calls for an appt with his GP which is super frustrating 😠

    @Plusnet I am at my wits end with your CS peole! Now and again yo get a good one then you get the one I just spoke to who was both rude and unhelpful so I hung up before I started to lose it!!!!!!
