    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @bt_uk but to make it better, none of their lines are with BT, Plusnet for VDSL2, yes, A leased line which is sourced from the other end so we aren't a customer, and the current VoIP supplier, which replaced Vodafone. I really hate these lying emails

    @Plusnet I'm a customer and want to add an additional service. The website didn't allow it. I rang the helpdesk but was on hold for an hour and 18 minutes before giving up. I tried the online chat bot but its logic is flawed. I replied to email but its not picked up. Any ideas?

    @plusnet Hi, I have my Plusnet Hub Two successfully connected using a double socket (without the supplied filter). I want to move the router to another room that has a single socket. But when I use the supplied filter the modem doesn't connect. No phones are connected. Help?

    @Plusnet At this point, platitudes and empty promises from the likes of yourself, John Lewis Broadband, @edfenergy , @virginmedia are not helpful to my mental and physical health, Samantha. My help blog is needed, to show levels of service with these companies, and self-help strategies.

    @Plusnet I do not get why a company that offers a service does not notify new bill ready to view. Instead straight onto restricted services & you have not paid your bill something thing I have never failed to do. 🤯

    On Plusnet Fibre Extra which I use to get 75mb but overtime I’m now 53mb. I can get Full fibre 75mb for £25.99 pm, crap really 150mb package better but not at £31.99! Expected better package and cheaper prices @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Well...onn the phone with Mohammed, from Plusnet,..been disconnected once; blood pressure steadily rising, as he tells me a completely different story about the closing of my account timeline; tries to hedge as to why the five days official complaint timeline not adhered to etc.
