@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@plusnethelp I really don't know what's happening with plusnet I've had issues with drop outs and router going off so I had engineer come out and replaced my phone socket and a new router sent to me but I'm still getting issues and basically I'm getting fed up with plusnet

Ended up going to buy a new Router tonight, as the @Plusnet provided one kept dropping or disconnecting the WiFi. Looking online it seems to be a common problem with them. Hopefully the new one will be much better

@virginmedia Took a while to reply for obvious reasons. 'Net's been as good/bad as ever. My online lectures have eaten all my data on my phone (when's the data refresh? I'm missing a week of OL lectures now. thanks, VM.). Switching to Plusnet can't happen soon enough.

it is now 16.00 on Friday & still NO landline & absolutely no information from @plusnethelp as to what is happening...been without a landline for 4 Days @Plusnet took over on 17 November & I have had a landline for 5 days of that .... please do something this is such bad service
