@Plusnet why are you refusing to cancel my account when I have changed suppliers? Why is your agent stonewalling? You are not owed any money.

  • trevormwilson Trevor Wilson (@trevormwilson) reported

@VickyGrut @virginmedia I did manage it a couple of years ago when we switched to Plusnet (much better IMO). I had to get fairly foreful and tell them it was my right to cancel.

  • bucketinabag Tom 📸 @boxroomart (@bucketinabag) reported

@gamesyouloved Plusnet have always been really good for me and fantastic customer service

  • stayingaliveuk Michael de Groot (@stayingaliveuk) reported

@RobertHanna_eth @giffgaff for mobile and @Plusnet for internet. GiffGaff are not increasing prices for the whole year and use O2 network, regrettably Plusnet have recently.

  • philkwindy Phil W (@philkwindy) reported

@Plusnet ...been with Plusnet 4 weeks, got half the connection speed I had with previous supplier and they write to me today saying the bill is going up by £3.... you can't make it up.....unhappy new customer!

  • LauPointer82 Laura Pointer (@LauPointer82) reported

@Plusnet I took out a brand new mobile number with you. And at least twice a week, I get calls from different UK numbers, playing me a recorded message in Chinese. This never happened with my old number on another provider. What's going on?!

  • ttyEngland M (@ttyEngland) reported

@mcopsey To try out PlusNet on EE's network, I'd get an EE PAYG SIM. Add Outgoing calls with a £10 bundle for 30 days - one off. PlusNet has no PAYG but 30 day only contracts. One must pay via DirectDebit though, whereas EE still do vouchers and cash, which may be better till satisfied.

  • mauteek Cormac Kennedy (@mauteek) reported

@Plusnet are you having broadband issues today? Can't get to your service status page to check?

  • ktblea7 Kate Blea7 (@ktblea7) reported

Does anyone know if the internet is down in CA28 area?? @plusnet

  • lixxie01 lixxie (@lixxie01) reported

@avocet2 @june2locked From BT that has hopeless customer service and delivery and charges its customers 4% "tax" on top of inflation rate every year... and tries to hide its failed brand behind EE and Plusnet
