    Is #PlusNet broadband a part of BT? Thinking of switching as my current internet is nearly out of contract but had bad experiences with BT in the past so am at a bit of a loose end. I rely on descent internet as I stream everything via my TV.

    @Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

    @stonefish100 Plusnet have some decent deals just now. We're with them.. No reliability issues.. and you get the BT Sports app for a Fiver too.

    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    I swear to all the various gods and goddesses of the pantheon, this piece of **** plusnet router from hell is getting worse. Anyone want to help me, and by extension @destructatron04, get a better router? I'll probably have to downstream it over gigabit powerline, but still.

    @georgemclean007 @GDL180 Same, and I'm with PlusNet. Won't help with my iPad though. Yesterday on iPad said it was not a trusted site and today it says server cannot be found. App functions seem to work, just website access problem.

    Amazing. 1. Got a letter from Virgin Media, saying my broadband at £40 per month is going up by nearly 10%. 2. Kids have flown the nest, so only need slow bb now. 3. Shopped around, found good deal with Plusnet. 4. Notified Virgin who couldn't match them, so gave notice..

    @Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

    Thanks @Plusnet @plusnethelp... Line went live today, no router... Customer support say it's not even despatched. So that'll be least 5 days without broadband for us, and homeschooling to do for a GCSE year student. Not a good impression - new customer. "That'll Do!" #ThatllDo

    Finding out plusnet have been providing routers with a known firmware issue for 2 goddamn years without a fix feels incredibly dubious
