@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@OpenreachHelp 15 days and 4 engineers to keep repeating ‘no fibre ports” at the cabinet!! So no connection. The parting of The Red Sea would be easier. Openreach running on steam in the age of the microchip!! Outrageous Customer Service. @Plusnet

To the Board of @JohnLewisRetail you do know that your broadband department, via @Plusnet is bringing your name into disrepute, right? Most appalling service, chasing up money owed to my aged mum, out of her meagre pension. This charlatan behaviour. Do better!

@Plusnet I'm a customer and want to add an additional service. The website didn't allow it. I rang the helpdesk but was on hold for an hour and 18 minutes before giving up. I tried the online chat bot but its logic is flawed. I replied to email but its not picked up. Any ideas?
