@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

@Plusnet no broadband in LL11 when I got home at 00:20 today and still down this morning. Orange light and ‘b’ on router. Any idea of what’s happening and when it’ll be fixed? Phone works.

@Plusnet The problems are that I will leave home in the morning, before I leave no issue. Come back in the evening, nothing will connect to anything till the routers rebooted. And on top once a connection for a device is established periodically the connection goes out....

@OneWorldCyclin1 @Plusnet Mine is down since the 9th November. PLusnet tell me this am 60% has been restored. Not encouraging unless mine has been restored. It will take us a few days more! Should they change their name to Minusnet?

I haven't been able to receive or send in Outlook for over a week and have lost my whole history of crucial messages including ones relating to a house move. All I've had is the same pasted message over and over and been completely ignored.
