Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@AlisonMLees @Plusnet Plusnet have broken the terms of your contract. Ofcom rules state that if a provider makes a change to your contract that is of "material detriment" (meaning it makes you worse off), they must allow you to leave the contract early without paying a cancellation fee.
-
miriam kirkpatrick (@miriamkirkp) reported@SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract
-
Joke Legg (@joclegg) reported@plusnet Is anyone else’s PlusNet internet down? I’m in N1. Nothing showing on Down Detector.
-
The Calmer Llama (@EltontoNick) reported@Plusnet I have had two calls from you - both have been silent when I've answered. Try getting a decent phone system for your customer support
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@AlisonMLees @Plusnet Even though the service is free for the next two years, the fact that a fee is being introduced at all for a service that was previously "included" constitutes a change in the long-term value of the contract you signed.
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@PlusnetHelpHub As I previously stated I'm not a Plusnet customer, I am monitoring the situation.
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@EltontoNick Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation
-
Wanga-unLimited (@Consumer4You) reported@Plusnet No other provider required. Please cancel the service at end. Why is calling the only option? Old world?
