    @stonefish100 Plusnet have some decent deals just now. We're with them.. No reliability issues.. and you get the BT Sports app for a Fiver too.

    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Plusnet new mob acc 78082711 moved from EE yesterday been without Mobile service since because I hadn’t received my Plusnet SIM, still no SIM today, awful.

    @Plusnet So sent you a private message as you asked. Waiting for new service since 15 Sept only to be told next update Monday. This is all that happens. Then next update few more days in future again. Useless and Rubbish.

    If I can't use service at @Plusnet since middle of April (6 months already) @plusnethelp refused to terminate the contract and choose new provider without paying 'Cancellation Fee'. @MoneyTelegraph what do you think?

    @O2 Slower? It was non existant! I nipped in the library to use an encyclopedia cause I couldn't get onto Google! My partner's on Plusnet, a virtual network, and she had full 4g! Which makes it worse because I've just signed her to O2!

    @Storm360 Is the router a ****** PlusNet one? Because ours is doing the exact same thing and it ******* sucks. The only things you can do are buy your own AP and turn off the ****** wi-fi, or complain

    @Plusnet Been having speed issues for weeks now. Haven't been able to speak to anyone on the webchat or phone. Supposed to get 34Mb but only getting 13Mb at the best of times with everything else disconnected.

    @Plusnet only 9 months to go then I can leave your poor broadband. Had 32 mb with Vodafone, now software capped at you guaranteed 26 - thanks

    @hughwebster2 I need to get that vpn sorted. Especially as Plusnet have stopped their TV service now.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp My mum in law says she's unable to access to her Plusnet webmail for days. Her mail box is left in blank with message " Server Error : Failed to send FETCH command " Is there any problem on Plusnet server ?
