@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

@Plusnet Back to square 1 - if I call the Customer Service number I am asked for my Plusnet phone number. I don't have one as I'm a webmail-only customer. So I can't get through. This is why I tried Twitter.

@Plusnet I’m having an issue whereby I can’t log in to my BT Sports App on any device connected to WiFi, but can when using mobile data, also I can’t even log into MyBT account on any device connected to my WiFi. BT sport and MyBT work on non plus net internet, any ideas?

@Plusnet Sorry but I am nearly 7 months pregnant and trying to shield as much as possible. An engineer has been out fitted a new socket (which is huge and takes up loads of room) and the issue is still there.
