@Plusnet I can honestly say this has been the worst experience ever! One month to get broadband installed as you forgot about me!!! Appalling customer service. I’ve now been told to call you back on Friday when I’m up and running to discuss a gesture of goodwill!!!

@stonefish100 Plusnet have some decent deals just now. We're with them.. No reliability issues.. and you get the BT Sports app for a Fiver too.

@Plusnet The speed is better this morning, so the problem is clearly an intermittant one. you can see from my 1st tweet that I was getting very slow speeds last night. I'm not sure what to do now, as I don't feel my problem has been resolved. Best wishes
