@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

@Stokesy1966 I did call @Plusnet to give a month's notice. They didn't like it & haven't processed it & ends on Friday. Thankfully I also put it in writing a few times so not having their ****. There is no law to say you can't give notice in writing. @virginmedia

Broadband provider of the people @Plusnet … My contract ran out in July 22. This was intended on my part as I was getting Virgin as newly available in the area. Text from PN says either renew or get someone to take over line and we’ll cancel contract automatically…

@Plusnet I've been with you for well over 5 years, and no one told me when I renewed my contract each time I could have been offered a new Hub 2 Router. I'd very much like a new one as a loyal customer.

@ferhat71 @Plusnet I'm also getting worried about this, @plusnet are not sending me mine and their customer support is not helping. Thinking of asking to be released from my contract - they are not supplying what they offered

Turns out, neither #Openreach nor #Plusnet's fault. Some d___head crashed into the cabinet down the road and Openreach are trying to put it back together. We're lucky to have any broadband whatsoever really.

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @Plusnet @virginmedia And of course I’d have to ring the ***** up to cancel it and I’d be on hold forever. Might just write to them and cancel then kill the direct debit.

(@Stokesy1966) reported
@2_Wheeled_Wolf @Plusnet @virginmedia They literally ignore what I say and keep sending that ****** message every time. Of course the say if they don’t hear in 28 days they’ll remove the complaint, so I’m going to keep it going. Forever.

@Plusnet Haven't been able to receive or make calls/texts for over a week now. Others in area report similar problems (on EE and Plusnet). How can I find out what is going, for how long and compensation? Thanks

@Lisa2611Fraser @virginmedia They fobbing you off, it's been disconnected to install a new box to the new build houses, obviously they're having issues, but it's not a fault as such as it's there doing... I've literally stopped the DD and signed up with Plusnet.
