Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. There was no #openreach on our street, so it looks like someone just disconnected or switched us off! The earliest @openreach appointment is in THREE DAYS on Wed! I work from home you i'm loosing HUNDREDS of £ a day! So That's 3 DAYS WITH NO INTERNET OR WORK! You don't tell us how bad the repair service is in your ADs.
