    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Pls work together! Endless Cease & Reprovides, numerous Lift & Shifts still no broadband. ‘Nothing more I can do’ from all but 1 engineer (Dave 14&16th Aug) only engineer who stuck with it till he got the job done. M.W. Pls HELP -ACTIVATION NOT AGGRAVATION

    @chirpsehill @tonihurst12 @SkyUK Yup, mines been off all evening and I’m on plusnet. Called them and they said something about some engineers have been in the area digging and it’s caused an issue, but it should be back on tomorrow. Clearly that was a lie 🙄

    Anybody thinking of going with @Plusnet do no bother. Been almost 2 weeks with no internet, 4th day of sitting in and waiting for engineers hoping they’ll turn up! Very poor service! AVOID

    @reyhana_k I'd recommended Plusnet to my dad thinking they were one of the less ****** ones. My mum's had no end of trouble with TalkTalk, now left to BT but was a strung-out acrimonious split involving the ombudsman. We're with Virgin, not happy but not unhappy enough to leave.

    @Plusnet "Broadband Provider of the Year Winner 2021. We won four big trophies at this year's event including Best Provider Customer Service for an incredible eight years in a row”. OKAY, SO WHY CAN’T YOU GET MY BROADBAND WORKING?? 10 days with it, 14 without. No prize from me.

    @OpenreachHelp Done this countless times with Plusnet. Last engineer said he could do no more - like all but one other who was the one who got it working originally after six days of failures. 10 days later it goes down. Last Engineer Conrad gave me a ref No. 39298. Referred 2 second line team.

    @Plusnet why has my internet speed dropped to 21mps from over 60?! Worst ISP provider I’ve had the Mia pleasure of being with! Cannot wait for my contract to end!

    @krismwilliams_ Looks like at least Plusnet, BT and Sky all have national issues. Definitely an infrastructure issue rather just Sky
