Atrocious service and lots of different stories. Really shocked as we just moved our internet for 6 months when shielding elsewher

@MarcAllera it’s time you realised how your plusnet staff lie about refunds !! Cancelled a NEVER CONNECTED contract on 13th feb still waiting for a refund !! Maybe I’ll just start legal action for deception

Funny how I'm changing broadband providers this week and all of a sudden my internet keeps cutting out and has gone slower than ever... Nice one @Plusnet guessing being a customer for 3 years wasn't good enough! #DadRant
