@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@TheSun @SkyHelpTeam see are in breach just like last week in kent how many more times maybe sell your broadband to BT or Virgin or TalkTalk or Plusnet they never get many issues as you do

Anyone know how to identify a landline supplier? My Mother's 'phone line has carked it, and no-one has a clue who's supplying it. We thought that it was Plusnet, but the DD stopped last year. @Ofcom @revk -- can you help?

Sky broadband is a joke. @SkyHelpTeam how the hell is offering me the exact same package a new customer would get good enough to keep me as a customer? Switching to plusnet. Shorter contracts and faster speeds for the same exact price.

@MarcAllera I don’t blame the call centre workers at @plusnethelp . I blame the Management for allowing such dreadful #poorcustomerservice & letting people hang on the phone for hours. People will go to other providers if you keep adopting such #pennypinching tactics. #plusnet
