    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

    @DenkiJidousha @Graham21 @Plusnet Customer service are easy to contact, patient and approachable and seem to be trying their best to fix the problems but for whatever reason they seem unable to.

    @Plusnet just lost Internet and as a Network engineer working from home and supporting key businesses I can't even log a fault as your lines are only open till 8pm! Seriously? I can work off 4G connection but think it's time to move away to more responsible ISP...
