@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet Can you guys advise on a WiFi issue? All our WiFi devices periodically lose connection to the router with the issue being shown on the devices as "Incorrect Password" but all passwords are 100% correct, rebooting the router allows connections again but not for long.

@OpenreachHelp hi. Phone line and broadband currently down in Northwich. Plusnet told we the estimated fix would be midnight on Sunday. Is this still the case? What’s causing the outage please?

@Deliveroo Feels like performative customer service to me. I recently had @Plusnet do the same on Twitter and the complaint still isn’t resolved. I’ll DM you but I’m skeptical.

Ahh @Plusnet, I cannot understand why you continually fail to deliver a consistent and reliable broadband service. The past year as your customer has been well, just rubbish. I’m lucky if I get 13mbps down on my “80mbps” line. Well under the 55mbps you say I should be seeing.
