@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet it is 10:14am, roughly 22 hours after my original request for help. the sim cards have arrived. i have not heard anything from plusnet's customer service team. I would still like to know how they deemed it acceptable for me to not have a working phone for 4-5 days.
