    @johncayliffe @Plusnet @lizcooperclark I have never publicly criticised any company in all the years I've been on Twitter, but after a week of trying to get a response on such a serious matter (in vain) something needs to be done to make Plusnet accountable.

    @Plusnet what a shambles. 4weeks the business has been without internet - over 15 calls made, countless hours on hold, a load of made up deadlines in which my internet should be working, 2 engineers, promises of call backs that never happen. Latest is another 5days for engineer🤬

    @Plusnet @lizcooperclark Email service hasn't been restored. I haven't been able to receive or send in Outlook for over a week and have lost my whole history of crucial messages including ones relating to a house move. All I've had is the same pasted message over and over and been completely ignored.

    @slave2gadgets I'm sorry to hear that a password reset hasn't resolved the issue. As it's working over webmail, there's very little that we can do here, I'm afraid, as Outlook is a third party application. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

    @Plusnet service status says email problem is resolved but not a thing has changed for me. No emails received for over a week through Plusnet webmail or Thunderbird Mozilla. Will I ever receive anymore emails? Over 20 job applications and I haven't a clue where I am with them😡

    @lindylo52493207 @Plusnet Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you
