    @virginmedia we installed your ‘big’ package at the end of July, and since then have had CONSTANT PROBLEMS; ‘112mb’ fibre download speed no faster than our previous PlusNet 11mb regular broadband, network constantly cutting out and needing rebooting, tv cutting out...SHOCKING

    @WhichUK WHITCH , your recommended @Plusnet from your page I filled appli. & payment det.- pop up came twice saying problem with application ring, I ignored, acceptance of payment never came so I rang @plusnethelp to cancel the order, it seems data collecting rather canceling the order

    @alliorton @virginmedia We switched from BT to Plusnet a couple of months ago and it's been great. Don't know why ppl go with Virgin since ppl are always commenting that it is down!

    @Plusnet just a warning guys n gals don't expect good customer service from this company router broke and just because I'm 4 months away form my contract end thye refused to send me another router unless I sign a 2 year deal when I ring to let them know I'm going to ee attitude
