    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Phelimmac @john_allcock @SKJBell Hi All we just changed over 2 Plusnet fibre internet through Cityfibre net work all ok to here, BUT we’ve just had an engineer out as not working it’s his third call in our road in a month, the issue is the fibre stops outside our property 1/2

    Hi @Plusnet... just letting you know, I switched my mobile (and those of my family) to you recently. Having to switch away from you now because I've realised that you don't support WiFi calling. Giving you some feedback as I imagine it's the kind of thing most assume you support.

    So what happened, @Plusnet? Why did your service page say everything was fine at the same time as reports were being logged all over the country saying your broadband service was down?

    @toomuchsand @ProfPilk Hi Mike, I hope you enjoyed your travels and sorry for the delayed response, whereabouts did you go? We have a known issue with 4g being unavailable when roaming. We'll let everyone know when that's been resolved and sorry if it caused any problems. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield
