@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

Missed the #masters coverage last night after the broadband failed. Called #plusnet this morning. Call answered straight away and issue fixed in 10 mins. Credit where it's due. Great job.
