    @Plusnet your erro has left without internet for 14 days, and missed @theroyalfamily the Queen's funeral coverage and my business opportunities. the internet is necessity to our life, Your customer service has not been very poor in dealing this. #plusnetpoorservice

    Hi @Plusnet I've still not received my router and my contract starts tomorrow. I understand there have been postal strikes but when I've tried calling you this evening, despite you still being open, you've said it's too late to call. Pretty poor service tbh.

    I've always found the @plusnet customer service to be very good. However, do not bother with their sim only mobile deals. To be blunt the signal is crap!! You need to switch carrier plusnet because the EE network now is awful.
