@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@Plusnet I'm a new business customer that has gone 'lives today with both calls & broadband. I called this morning to inform my business has no Internet as I have not yet received the router!!! Not great as my booking system is a large EOS system that runs off wi-fi!!!!

@Plusnet Hello. How do I contact you regarding a home phone not working? There is an 0800 number provided but obviously I can’t use my phone. Is there a “landline” number for from a mobile ?
