Almost fooled me but I asked questions and how could I prove they were genuinely from Plusnet. They couldn't, they also had a bogus name for me too. Check your customer protection please @Plusnet

  • RikiCochrane Riki Cochrane (@RikiCochrane) reported

@Plusnet I am stuck in South Africa and cannot call your customer service department. Surely in 2021 there must be a way that I can send SOMEONE in PLUSNET an email ? This is just crazy .... do not ask me to use your horrible portal system!

  • LionLolez LolezLion (@LionLolez) reported

@Plusnet hello! I’m a new customer :) I signed up to a plan that included a “Plusnet rewards card” however I haven’t received any emails about it/know how to claim it, can you help? Thanks!

@Nichlosallsorts Hey there Nicholie, I'm sorry to hear regarding issues with your router, please can you send us a private message with your username, so we can investigate this further for you. Thank you - Liam, Plusnet Sheffield.

  • louisejm19 Louise Morris (@louisejm19) reported

@Plusnet absolutely shocking customer service! Our broadband has been off all week, I can't find anyone to speak to. Your 'bot' keeps telling me it'll be put back on by 7pm on 3rd. As it's now 8pm on 3rd !!! Disgusted.

  • someothersam Sam (@someothersam) reported

Dreadfully spotty service tonight from @Plusnet yet again. It *always* happens out of hours when there’s nobody to get in touch with other than bots that misunderstand your complaints.

  • richmt15 Richard Tracy (@richmt15) reported

@SketchLisa @bt_uk I was with BT, overpriced and the worst customer service. Switched to Plusnet which is owned by BT, never had a problem and UK based customer service.

  • mrleeleencfc Lee ♿️ (@mrleeleencfc) reported

25 days since leaving @Plusnet. Still no final bill, still a months worth of money of mine they have for a service I used for 6 days. Just completely unacceptable. Would there be the same wait if I owed you money @plusnethelp?

  • JWBG1 Jema G (@JWBG1) reported

@Plusnet Please can you tell me what this option is? It's not at all obvious how webmail-only customers are supposed to get through to technical support.
