    Thank you to the wonderful Emma from @Plusnet customer services team last night who is helping solve my internet issues and also made an hour on the phone to a call centre feel like 2 mins!! Let’s hope the engineer can fix it today #everythingscrossed #plusnet

    Lost track but @Plusnet have made contact with @OpenreachHelp and there is an issue with the box. It’s only taken a week to get back to @Plusnet 🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬

    @Plusnet Hi Adam, Yes the signal both my wife and I never get more that one bar at home and often no signal atall which is hopeless. Just been to Norfolk for a few days and no signal atall there! I wish we hadn't moved from Vodafone.... 07900697160 & 07914988012 Roger

    @Plusnet we've had two calls with you today regarding our internet continuing to drop out, I can't remain connected to the internet for more than 5 minutes before it drops out, reconnects, drops out and so on... It seems this may be a wider scale issue, can we get an update?

    @SandraToFriends I signed up with them when I came home fae Cyprus. Nightmare! The engineer never showed up and trying to get through was awful πŸ˜– I've been with PlusNet for 7yrs and touch wood no issues x

    @Plusnet hi plusnet I cancelled my broadband (was end of contract) and it was confirmed on email and on phone no cancellation charges. Received email last week saying I owe Β£6.84 in charges and if not received in 14 days,bailiffs. I have messaged the team, no response please help
