@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

Hi @Plusnet. I've been having problems with my internet for the last 12 months but lately it has been getting worse. I've tried plugging the router into the main socket etc but nothing seems to help. Any advice? I will have to change providers if it can't be improved.

@Plusnet hi, brand new customer now waited more than 3 days for SIM to arrive & number has already been ported over. Unable to make or receive any phone calls atm which poses a HUGE problem for me - not least, I can't call you to speak to someone to resolve the issue! Help plz.

@virginmedia internet costs, 21 years customer and you are now so uncompetitive. You doubled my costs to £54 for 50mb take 30 mins to speak to the team and you offer £37 cheapest deal when competitors are around £20 terrible!! @VodafoneUK @Plusnet

@MSE_Deals Don't bother. My connection was supposed to transfer from PlusNet last Thursday. Still no connection and customer services are completely powerless to help. Also not part of ofcom compensation scheme. I'll be looking for alternatives from tomorrow.
