@Plusnet Question 249155549 I’m not returning it. Please charge me for it if you want. You never told me to return it when you sent me it. It is too old to refurbish and not a very expensive item. @Plusnet our internet went down this morning and apparently you can't get an engineer out until Monday? My husband and I both work from home. We need this fixing as a matter of urgency. Cant someone come out over the weekend please?

@Plusnet We have 3 xBoxs, all working fine until about a week ago, they all report they can't get online, allowing other apps show them as being online. Something about double NAT in one settings- help!

Call me old-fashioned (I’m certainly old) but when your email and broadband service provider doesn’t respond for days of email outage, one might be inclined to think it somewhat rude, particularly having been a customer for THIRTY-TWO years. So, @Plusnet get your act together
