Thank you to the wonderful Emma from @Plusnet customer services team last night who is helping solve my internet issues and also made an hour on the phone to a call centre feel like 2 mins!! Let’s hope the engineer can fix it today #everythingscrossed #plusnet

@Plusnet hi Our WiFi has been shocking the past 4 days. Keeps cutting out or lagging. Today its decided it wants to be extremely slow. Its taken 5 hours to download 50% of a TV show on sky. Can you help please? Tried calling but kept getting cut off

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

@Plusnet WiFi really slow yet again yesterday and today have reported this previously followed instructions to change wireless channel online which helped for a while but now as bad as ever !!
