@plusnet Waiting since Friday for my phone number to activate, no network. Numerous calls made to customer services. No help whatsoever. End of another day & still waiting for number to activate. Does anyone actually know what is wrong. Said 1 day to activate. Horrendous !

@Jarmara @Plusnet I was told that they will reimburse me for the cost of BT Hotspot - good job as I can’t really test how good the connection will be until I’ve signed/paid up. Not sure whether we’ll be able to WFH on a public network due to certain security requirements on our connections.

Hi @Plusnet, I am meant to be transferring over to you today from sky broadband. I was told that once the sky service stopped then I’d be ready to go with you guys. Sky stopped their service at midnight and yours still isn’t up and running….. any ideas when this will start?

@Plusnet really disappointed. You guys have messed up my number port for my mobile and I’ve just learned you’ve cancelled my broadband because you think I have 2 phone lines at my house. Ever hear of contacting the customer before doing something so drastic?
