It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

@Ofcom Thank you! Do you also provide information on poor customer service and delays with plusnet? We waited two months for WiFi and haven’t had a sincere apology as of yet

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

In a customer service job, you do not take an attitude with the customer, whether you think they are in the wrong or not (we were not). You smile, through your teeth if you have to, and remain polite. You do not raise your voice. @plusnethelp @Plusnet

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

Imagine Plusnet calling you out of the blue, and then the customer service man raising his voice. It’s not acceptable.

  • JLT1950 Jenny Taylor (@JLT1950) reported from Hebden Bridge, England

@Plusnet Furious with @plusnet for deleting my email account despite confirmation that they WOULDN’T do this when I had to change service provider. Going to complain to the Ombudsman.

  • emmabirdy Em (@emmabirdy) reported from Blackburn, England

Thank you to the wonderful Emma from @Plusnet customer services team last night who is helping solve my internet issues and also made an hour on the phone to a call centre feel like 2 mins!! Let’s hope the engineer can fix it today #everythingscrossed #plusnet

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

In the ongoing @plusnethelp @Plusnet saga, I received an email (following a voicemail because I wasn’t expecting anyone to actually respond to me) offering me £50 and a months free broadband... now, here’s the problem with this... -1

  • JLT1950 Jenny Taylor (@JLT1950) reported from Hebden Bridge, England

@plusnethelp #plusnet How can a company delete a whole email account with no written confirmation from the customer?Told I received an email on 18th to tell me, I didn’t get it. Won’t be recommending #plusnet

  • JLT1950 Jenny Taylor (@JLT1950) reported from Hebden Bridge, England

@plusnethelp #plusnet 1.FURIOUS with Plusnet, I have had to move to BT as Plusnet don’t have fast broadband where I now live.Long conversations with customer services re this last week. Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

  • DavidWildJnr David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England

@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

I’ve woken up still feeling angry about last night, so god help @Plusnet if they don’t connect the broadband today

  • DavidWildJnr David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England

@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

  • zandersblack alexander black (@zandersblack) reported from Higham-with-West Close Booth, England

@Plusnet hi, there is no broadband service today in postcode bb12 9hh, including other service providers, are plusnet aware?

@garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

Three times in the past two days the @Plusnet broadband goes down, and we still haven’t had any news on our compensation

  • HattieBeeVint Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, England

Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

  • MShacks Michael Shackleton (@MShacks) reported from Accrington, England

Warning ***Switchboards at BT, Virgin. Talk Talk, Sky and Plusnet are blocked with over 14 million people trying to reconnect to a broadband service they had cancelled from today.

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TwinkleToesHS TwinkleToesHS (@TwinkleToesHS) reported

@plusnethelp or when plusnet and myself jointly terminated to join bt within the 14 days of service start and was still billed?

  • Bexdora A Rabbit of Negative Euphoria (@Bexdora) reported

@KimJBishop @Plusnet Most of the customer services people have been lovely & the last person I spoke to from here was fab, but they obviously need a massive systems overhaul. It seems a lot of this was down to automated stuff, systems not talking to each other, & I'm the one who suffered for it.

  • piping_stevie Stephen Russell (@piping_stevie) reported

@plusnethelp Adam, have tried multiple attempts to “boost” the WiFi, with and without Plusnet’s “help”. All results end in the same unreliable WiFi, which is useless for working from home.

  • GodofDad1 God_of_Dad (@GodofDad1) reported

@DaveEl_ @Plusnet Ouch that is some bad numbers on your Internet. Can understand your delay. Does the contract with plusnet have a low minimum download and upload?

  • GodofDad1 God_of_Dad (@GodofDad1) reported

@DaveEl_ @Plusnet Crap like mine then. She noticed the hole in the wall to a cupboard so I could sneak a power cord for a computer in there... guess who had to fill in the small hole next to the skirting board.

  • RachaelParkman Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported

30 minutes and counting to get online for work because @Plusnet @plusnethelp can’t provide a service. If I can’t work today I lose today’s salary. Will you be reimbursing me?

  • Bear75Kent KentBear75 (@Bear75Kent) reported

@Niki44 @skytv @Ofcom Plusnet here. Always been sound. Technically it's bt in disguise as it's the old Force9 mob (who were great). All UK tech support (by Leeds uni halls), stuff gets fixed quick, they don't stress about you using your own kit. If you want fttp they might not have that yet though

  • rr123xx Gary (@rr123xx) reported

@MarcAllera I’ve just joined @Plusnet and I now have no internet. Your advisors promised my broadband could take up to midnight to work. Still nothing!!!! What the hell are you running there? Despite calling twice today nobody offered to log a complaint either!!!!!!!!!

  • Bexdora A Rabbit of Negative Euphoria (@Bexdora) reported

@slightly76 @Plusnet That's exactly it. I don't want to be mad at the customer services people I speak to because it's not their fault, individually, & I've been that side of the call before, but at the same time...GAH. Thank you!

  • KennethTCrowley Kenneth Crowley (@KennethTCrowley) reported

@plusnethelp Hi, the time on my plusnet one hub hasn't changed after the clocks went forward. This impacts access control. What's the solution?
