It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

@plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

@garethkthomas @Plusnet Thanks, Gareth. Yeah we actually switched from Plusnet last month, to Vodafone for faster fibre. Feeling like a mistake. Plusnet miles better at customer service.

@BeTheMagpie They are terrible... it doesn't help that @OpenreachHelp take forever to take calls from the line partners and actually fix things. I'm with plusnet and so far.. 🤞 That is unusual as you are on a new estate, you'd think provision would have been made!
