In a customer service job, you do not take an attitude with the customer, whether you think they are in the wrong or not (we were not). You smile, through your teeth if you have to, and remain polite. You do not raise your voice. @plusnethelp @Plusnet

@plusnethelp #plusnet 1.FURIOUS with Plusnet, I have had to move to BT as Plusnet don’t have fast broadband where I now live.Long conversations with customer services re this last week. Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

It's popular to bash the telecoms guys, but shout out to both @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp for taking me seriously when I told them spiders webs keep bringing down my internet and for fixing the problem in under 3 hours. 👏👏👏

@ajpbradley @boosplodge BTW a lot of routers aren’t locked (Sky/BT & by association PlusNet might be) so if you know he admin login, you can just set up an old router to work on it. So if you’ve got an old VDSL router kicking about you might be able to use that to get you going

@Plusnet terrible service from Plusnet. Not only did they disconnect my service early for our house move, but getting it reconnected to new house has been fumbled too..absolutely disgusting. I'll be without Internet for 20+ days while trying to work from home! Just shocking.

Can any of my UK mates recommend me an internet provider to change to? I'm tired of TalkTalks shady practises. I just want the cheapest there is with minimum issues or downtime. So PlusNet can also **** right off.
