    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Plusnet So much for award-winning customer service. I've paid for your broadband to be installed, booked a date. Text this week tells me that's been delayed, but not when to. Now on hold for the 5th time this week trying to get through each no joy getting a human!

    Left @Plusnet to join @VodafoneUK and what a terrible that decisions proven to be. 6 months being billed by 2 providers, never had service from Vodafone and now 8 days in without internet. Promised a seamless transfer through broadband switching service. @Ofcom

    @Plusnet @Screwfix I can't access Screwfix website, as of a couple of weeks ago. Not just me, from other tweets the issue seems to be Plusnet. Mac OS10, Firefox. Ok on Android.

    @Plusnet worst service I've experienced for long time. Zero mobile data for 2 weeks & been incredibly patchy for at least 3 weeks prior to that. None of the customer services cares. Won't send me a new sim & a promised call back last night never materialised! #worstmobilenetwork
