    Just why was my other Family Member attacked with 0.6 Mb+6-10 days wait for 1571 answer service This 1571 trait was the same as myself in #Neston This 0.6 Mb was received by 3 Providers BTGroup Talk Talk PlusNet yet every body else next door received 15Mb I experienced 2.6-2.8 Mb

    Over the past 10 days we are experiencing at least one incident per day of the router losing connection ..generally comes back on after about 2 minutes but have never had this before @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Hello Emily & Plusnet team, just to confirm that when I arrived back on Saturday eve & my phone connected to the network,it worked for calls for the first time. It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

    @theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.

    @Plusnet Thanks - it now appears to be working, was off for approx 1 hour (1.30-2.30) with a notification on my mobile data settings that you had turned it off (rather than just me being out of signal range). So hopefully all sorted now

    @Plusnet If only I was so lucky. Trying to sort a complaint with you for the last 3 months where you slammed my line. Despite having an open complaint with you and pro-actively ringing up to pay 10 pounds you considered owed pro-actively so I wouldn't be passed to debt collection agency.

    @Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

    @Plusnet While you sorted out, low and behold today I get contacted twice by debt collection agency. Turns out your website said payment was taken but it wasn't. Wasted days of my life trying to deal with you people. This service is exception rather than the norm. Absolute disgrace.

    @Plusnet cont ...... I was told I would receive a callback as a matter of urgency. This was at approx 9.45am & I'm still waiting. I have received an email to inform me my broadband is now live!!!! NOT without a router it's not 🤬 As a new customer I'm not at all happy 🤬🤬
