It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
