Best internet provider? Currently with @Plusnet and they are absolutely terrible. Can’t connect phones to the WiFi and the signal goes about 1m in the house and what you can get is slow as anything 🙄

@plusnet @plusnethelp You've left my elderly, shielding parents without a phone line for 48hrs now, and nothing is being done. I sat for 45mins on hold this morning to call you, and couldn't get through. At this stressful time, this isn't good enough! Any chance of a solution?

@Plusnet hi my broadband was due to be transferred to my new address and go live today but I’m having a lot of issues. First I had a text saying it was to be delayed and now I’ve had a text saying to send back the router bcoz I’m no longer with plus net?? Could somebody plz help

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

@Plusnet Very disappointed by the attitude of one of your agents when calling today with my Mum to change her payment details. She’s partially sighted and needs my assistance with reading details, yet this wasn’t acceptable and the woman was incredibly rude. 😢

@plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter

@Plusnet Hello Emily & Plusnet team, just to confirm that when I arrived back on Saturday eve & my phone connected to the network,it worked for calls for the first time. It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

Over the past 10 days we are experiencing at least one incident per day of the router losing connection ..generally comes back on after about 2 minutes but have never had this before @Plusnet

@icklenellierose I've had a lot of issues with the plusnet routers over the years. Great customer service but the tech is garbage. Ended up with Vodafone this time around and I'm impressed. Speed, price and box are excellent.

@icklenellierose I'm on Plusnet and generally its been pretty dang good. Seems prone to interference though - my phone struggles on WiFi in my kitchen because the router is in the next room, but the fridge is in the way of the signal?

@Plusnet having a serious problem about the quality of internet that you’re providing me with, throughout the day I have no issues, the moment I want to sit and game with my friends anytime after 7pm I have constant connection issues and this isn’t what I pay for.

@plusnethelp shockingly bad service from plusnet. I was supposed to be connected on Wednesday after an 1.5hr on phone and 3 departments my details are wrong. Had to wait 24hrs still no BB and no comms now I expect to be on phone for an another 1hr

@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.
