The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

It now says the order has been cancelled and there is a problem and I cant get through on the phone or via online chat.I was expecting a better level of customer service!
