-
Critic No1 (@CriticNo1) reported@Plusnet #plusnet #internet Plusnet are just about the WORST Internet service provider I have ever encountered!! They take ages to settle any problems and blame everything else!!! Awful service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).
-
Alex Buckland (@alexbuckland96) reported@Plusnet you've sent a disputed bill to debt collectors after multiple errors made from your side, including an unauthorized contract made by your customer service team. This needs fixing urgently. Ombudsman?? Question # 254098523
-
Jude Elms (@JudeElms) reported@Plusnet Sky routers used to connect to my WiFi extender and work just fine Your Plusnet routers are awful, spotty connection at best, at least 2-3 times I have to wait 10+ minutes to reconnect. Was promised same speed yet I received slower less reliable internet.
-
Rosie L (@DONNYDIVArl) reportedSo... for the 2nd time in a week @Plusnet @plusnethelp have not got back to me after promising to do so to resolve an account complaint. I'm officially bored. Do I really have to make 8 calls to resolve a very simple issue. 9th looming...
-

-
Hamish (@Hamish88205796) reported@DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.
-
GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.
-
Anneli Lort (@annelilort) reported@Plusnet I get the same answer from you every time. You’ve run checks. I shall waste my time and call, but there’s very obviously something wrong that you can’t fix.
