@plusnet I'm trying to turn off the answer service via the online manage your account.... The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

@RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

Sat with my iPad not even 2 foot away from the router and I can’t even load an app shocking from @plusnethelp @Plusnet as a fibre extra customer! Christ alive what happens if you have normal internet service. Does a carrier pigeon deliver messages?!?

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis
