@plusnethelp I have lost the cables that connect my master socket to my Hub One router. I think I need a microfilter and a RJ11 to RJ11 cable but not sure #telephony #plusnet #help

@olie_chan @virginmedia @Plusnet I'll try them. To be honest I've never had consistent issues with them. Just annoyed how you get treated and talked to for being loyal lol. There are alot of ADSL options around. Let me see how it works out.

@ChilliJody @Plusnet @plusnethelp Staff are very arrogant “ we’ll do you proud “ crock of shit

@mcallister_will @Plusnet My whole issue stems from them trying to charge me 34% extra for being loyal - end of contract and they’ve stiffed me without notice - complained and they offered discount which is equivalent to what I WAS paying. Voda offered better service, faster speed for cheaper. Done deal
@writeything @Plusnet I was given advice by them that even BT was suprised they'd given me,consistency & clarity seem to be lacking. Never realised how stressful trying to change broadand provider could be.Oh for the old days
@mcallister_will @Plusnet I think that was my issue ... they make a big song & dance about their customer service, but I found it extremely lacking today ... big disappointment tbh. Will never use them again
@BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright @stephbreakfast @FoxNikkiFox Plusnet having problems with payments after they swapped their banking provider. Then charging late fees for their errors.
@mcallister_will @Plusnet Not sure I’d recommend any 😂 I’ve gone with Vodafone this time ... est speed of 63mbps, guaranteed speed of 55mbps, £4month cheaper than Plusnet, cust service that has (so far) put plusnet to shame and tech that will follow & target single device for best speed :)
My Ye is different to your Ye
@plusnet @plusnethelp I've barely been a customer for 2 weeks and this company is already proving to be inadequate, will have to drop them and look elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor live chat facilities
Plusnet: Worst provider I've ever experienced in my life. plusnet
@Plusnet @plusnethelp been waiting over a week for a manager call back to get a deadlock letter. Now been told I have to wait a further 48 hours because the initial 2 requests haven't been picked up and it has been escalated "again". Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Hugely disappointed with the @Plusnet service and attitude. They pride themselves on their customer service, but it ain’t all that. See ya

@Plusnet I want to upgrade to fibre but your website isn't working and your customer assistant has directed me to an 0800 number. Please advise.
