@Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely horrendous Customer Service from PlusNet. Recurrent problem with internet and telephone since switching last year. Two hours on the phone this morning and still no internet and no phone. Save yourself the grief, do not switch to PlusNet!

@plusnethelp day 3 of not being able to get through to customer services to report the zero internet service. And no reply here. I will be leaving plusnet, this can’t go on. I would all day if needs be to talk to the adviser but you can’t get in the queue, it won’t let you!!

@plusnethelp Are you kidding me? You’ve responded to more recent tweets? Tweeted you earlier to say I’d been unable to use Plusnet broadband which I pay for as it’s simply too poor for use, tried all day to call, unable to even get in a queue, constantly told to call back later!
