At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

The likes of Sky, Plusnet, TalkTalk, EE/BT, Zen - all rely on OpenReach to install and resolve customer issues. Virginmedia use their own fibre and cable.
