@Plusnet In your booklet that arrives with the router, you advertise 7:30am to 10:00pm. I call you for two occasions that don’t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

@Plusnet you are the worst I ever used. I just want things to come back to normal so I can change ... never use #plusnet it’s the worst. Slow... expensive ... and no response if you call
-
Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England
@Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

John Grimshaw (@LeanintoDesign) reported from Oldham, England
@RischDesigns @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland Thanks for the advice both you and @ASBO_Allstar have said a similar thing so I guess it's a negotiation down in price with a new router to fix @virginmedia crap hardware.
-
Kate Ravenscroft (@KateRav66) reported from Wilmslow, England
@plusnethelp hi, my service is due to start today and my old broadband has been disconnected but I haven’t had a text telling me my plusnet broadband is ready to set up yet. I have the router.
-
John Grimshaw (@LeanintoDesign) reported from Oldham, England
@RischDesigns @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland @ASBO_Allstar I'm on 350 which is great but the router let's it down, the old superhub2 had much better firmware and an easier UI.

Peter Gough (@goochy808) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England
@Plusnet My broadband should have gone live today. Internet from old ISP ceased at midnight. You promised me uninterrupted service. My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Andy baker you should be ashamed of the service you offer. new customer 5 weeks in and still jo broadband £50 for nothing. £65 for an engineer and I have to take a day off and it will be another 2 weeks...oh £190 to leave!!! a joke!!!
-
John Grimshaw (@LeanintoDesign) reported from Oldham, England
@fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland 🤣🤣

@Plusnet Usually companies do something when they make request in this fashion. So far, nothing heard privately from @Plusnet. Your customer service is beginning to match your broadband service.
-
theblubster 🇬🇧🏴 (@theblubster) reported
@hello_im_kris @virginmedia Kicked them into touch 2 yrs ago, fed up of extortionate price increases without improvements to service. Constant drop outs and poor tech support. Went with Plusnet for half the price and no hassles...
-
Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported
@pipmadeley Yeah I can see they've now declared a major incident in the area to get this fixed. Hopefully this is the end of it for you once the ports get fixed, it's beyond annoying for you with it dropping out that many times in the morning -Curtis, Plusnet Sheff
-
🧑🏻💻 🅳🅰🆅🅴 🏴🇺🇦🏴 (@DGHetherington) reported
@SkyHelpTeam We’ve been reconnected, your checking service says 37Mb to the router, but we’re still only getting 9Mb down, tried rebooting, no change, and until Openreach fixed our neighbours connection, we’ve had 28Mb down across Plusnet, BT and Sky over the past decade, so still not fixed
-
Deep Shah (@DeepSha06062402) reported
@Plusnet I’ve been billed wrongly due to an issue with crossed lines. Please can you help. Thanks
-
Jacob (@Jacob97106277) reported
@Plusnet Sort the prices out lads. How's it fair for WiFi to increase by £6 then a few month later increase by the same amount? Meanwhile new customers get it for £22. You never mention prices rise until a couple of days before and try make me pay £100+ to cancel my WiFi. Jeezy peeps man
-
Matt 🐀 (@Mattsmercury7) reported
@RJPartington Try Plusnet. My rate went down last time I looked at the options to only £6 per month.
-
WRAITH // Parkie34 (@parkie_34) reported
@Plusnet Hi Will. I have reset multiple times and called up. I ordered a new router (which I requested September 2022) hopefully, when that turns up, it solves my issues
-
Pip (@pipmadeley) reported
@Plusnet Yes that's correct, Robert said there were several fibre ports in the cabinet that were in need of repair and that it would take a couple of days to arrange which I said was fine. And even if it doesn't resolve my problem, it's been helpful for all concerned.

Johnny ''Debt'' ($6k In Debt - Was 70k Dec18) Lee (@JohnnyComeL8Lee) reported
@inacentre @Plusnet @Plusnet are so stupid they would rather forego twenty five pounds per month , than do the correct thing and tell you PROPERLY you are out of contract charging you the 35 pounds when you get cross and move to a different provider.... customer retention mean anything?
