I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

It is your network that is broken (lacking IPv6) As such you do not provide internet access, claiming that you do and not providing IPv6, is simply fraud. Untill you fix your network (fix IPv6) you should stop claiming to give internet.

This error has now been corrected and I want to get faster full fibre broadband as I need it for work. Problem is that I recently extended my contract with you as I thought speed was fastest (1/2)
