    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

    Outstanding service from @Plusnet @plusnethelp .. NOT !! Took out a new contract 12 days ago and NO router, that should with my Skype job interview tomorrow #shocking. Not massive with everything else that is going on in the works but still 😳🤬🤬

    @plusnethelp hi could you help with some settings please . I have a plusnet free online acc . I can see all my email folders on my phone but I have just purchased an android tablet . I have set up Gmail but can't see my folders. Thanks

    @rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

    @Plusnet Thanks for the reply Chris, but over 3 hours of log in issues, automatically being directed in to the hub menu, frankly one is done and will cancel. Never known anything like it. One normally simply puts in wireless password & hey presto connected. This is pure farce..🙄

    @Plusnet never had worse customer service from a company ever, passed from pillar to post on the phone because no one knows what they’re talking about, simple house move already gone 10 days without service now telling me it’ll be a further 10 days because my account is broken?

    @Plusnet Thanks for nothing! I'm in absolute agony & ill,I tried to sort my internet connection out but gave up after being asked the same things over & over. He could hear how much pain I was in - my carer even arrived, & he also asked some stupid question! Thinking of leaving!

    @TCowdall @UniHomes @Plusnet i know this is really random but did they get this sorted for you or are you still waiting for them to contact you? we’ve had no wifi for almost 3 weeks now. we are thinking of withdrawing because they are such a bad company to go with.

    @Plusnet I stated on letter I wish to cancel all of my contract as e,mail said within 30 days without payment. Therefore can you tell me the day I will lose service.Thanks.
