@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

@Plusnet another month. Another problem. We had a power cut yesterday. When it turned back on the Hub light is stuck on green. Tried restarting, resetting, unplugging. Literally nothing. Still green. Any suggestions?

@Plusnet Hello I called yesterday as my broadband was down and the guy was helpful in getting me to reset it. It worked on my laptop but it didn't work for my mobile he tried to fix it for me but it still didn't work. It's now been over 16 hrs that my wifi isn't working on my mobile. Help

@Plusnet hi I'm having issues with connection this morning, either really slow and just no connection at all, seems on tracking websites that alot of people across the UK are having issues but I find no announcement on this

My brother's having a nightmare Plusnet! They "fixed" his house wifi, but won't send an engineer out to turn the modem on. We've talked to them multiple times, and they're always just rude and unhelpful. Word of advice: Don't use them

@Plusnet I get an error when trying to text to a short number (such as 7726, spam reporting). It says "Message not sent. Number is formatted incorrectly." I'm trying to work out if it's a device issue or account issue, can you help see if there's anything on my account?

@Ofcom @Plusnet @jonbarony my contract is at its end my issue is that for new customers the deal is £21.99 i’m being offered £29.99 so it looks like i have to find another provider
