  @plusnethelp hi Plusnet, need your help urgently as my vulnerable parents (chemotherapy patient and deemed at high risk, needing to fully isolate) have significant issues with their WiFi. Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

  @GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

  @ArmchairAdml He could switch to plusnet which is actually owned by BT and gives a similar service, but as a new customer, he gets the introductory rates.

  @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
