    @plusnethelp hi Plusnet, need your help urgently as my vulnerable parents (chemotherapy patient and deemed at high risk, needing to fully isolate) have significant issues with their WiFi. Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

    @GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

    Oh boy, BT are shutting down 3G networking for EE, Plusnet and BT Mobile. And they want to axe 2G by the end of this decade too. So now apparently a 4G phone will lose signal immediately once someone goes into a really bad zone from 2023 onwards **** off BT

    @plusnet I can't see help on the website... Blue light is on my route, but my devices are unable to pick up the WiFi - not even showing as an option. All was fine yesterday so it can't be every single device 💭 what do you suggest?

    My @Plusnet account issues are never-ending, it seems. Due to a billing issue, a new account was created, but despite signing up to an 18mth fibre contract, my account is showing a monthly contract non-fibre contract!

    @Plusnet Hi, are there issues with the mast you use in Dunnington, York, as for the past 4 days I’ve had no single in my house, very occasionally 1 bar. Before then it was fine

    @Plusnet @Ofcom Plusnet offer new customers unlimited fibre 36Mb for new customers 21.95 for 18 nth contract. All i’m offered to upgrade as an existing customer is 29.99 shocking Plusnet customer service

    And again @Plusnet. Why is your service so temperamental? It goes off for 30-60 seconds then comes back on fine but it interrupts anything you are doing!
