Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

Mini, 🌈Cooper and 🌈Dora’s mum (@CoopandDorasMum) reported@NewForestDog I’ve been with Plusnet for 8 years. It’s only ever gone wrong during install so very reliable once up and running. Definitely easy to speak to a human. I’d rate them as ‘good enough to not leave’ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best
