Any Tech minded people out there. We just got a new Router thing from plusnet. Streaming is very stuttery and slow despite a 25mbps down. Is there a setting in the router that needs changing?

@Plusnet This simply isn’t true. Plusnet failed to send an engineer when they were meant to. When I chased it up I gad no luck. Tweeted and an Emma asked me to DM her so I did. And guess what? No reply. Worse customer service I’ve encountered in my entire life. And I’m 42.

Appalling service and lack of any customer service. DM'd as suggested on website yesterday and no response whatsoever. Are companies allowed to change a direct debit amount without a bill, any comms and when customer didn't sign up to that amount? @Plusnet

@virginmedia is so crap. I cant pick up my own router in the house as its telling me I'm out of range, yet I can pick up the house across the roads virgin media, next doors @plusnet and bt. You really are diabolical.
