    @Plusnet Hi. Have run into my credit cap. I have only had the sim a month, never used it and cancelled it over a week ago but now getting emails telling me I'm in my credit buffer. Phone queue is horrendous!!

    So it appears that @Plusnet are only available to block stolen mobiles from 8am to 8pm; no way to do so via the app, and no telephone support out of hours. That’ll not do 😢 #RubbishCustomerService #Plusnet #PlusnetMobile
