@plusnethelp Why will Plusnet not help an elderly couple who have been with plusnet for years transfer their connection from one property to another? There is no phone signal at the new property and despite a number of calls they are told to wait 2 weeks and charged as well

@plusnethelp Having issues with Apple products disconnecting from wifi regularly when PCs and Android are not affected. Tried lots of things and now think it may be related to IPv6. The router is not picking up an IPv6 connection. What are the Plusnet settings for this please?

@markwilsonit @bt_uk I moved to plusnet this year as I'd had enough of this and increasing costs....I had some issues with redeeming the voucher with Plusnet at the start but been fine service wise.
