@Plusnet @SkintDad Your Internet is rubbish, stay away from it people it cuts off at least 3 times a day! Its been off over an hour now and still won't come on! I will be switching over to a more reliable company now. Absolute shocking service.

Our connecting isn't set up yet (thanks to the terrible process @OpenreachHelp force you to go through when moving house), but @Plusnet have been really helpful and responsive when I've spoken to them (which had been a lot!)

Welp.... this net issue got worse :S Ususal 55/11, was 32/0.6 this morning. NOW 0.00/0.6 @Plusnet STILL waiting for a god damned call back!

My broadband upload speed has been 0.5/6 for weeks and is affecting my app loading. Can someone at plusnet help. Have just renewed my contract last month and this isn't good enough in 2021. How about a rouer upgrade suitable for modern requirements? Please help

Having been so satisfied with @Plusnet customer service that I feel like saying farewell to a friend when I am obliged to switch to another provider. Their price for another 12 months' broadband + line rental contract was no longer competitive. What a shame.

Also, if I'm able to order new services/renew contracts through the broadband provider online account, I should be able to cancel the contract through there as well? It's 2021 and I'm currently sat on hold for the best part of 30mins. @Plusnet

@Plusnet We have sent a message with regards to a charge we are disputing and no one has got back to us the past couple of weeks. We also have very slow broadband. We have been on call with one of your operatives this morning and unfortunately nothing resolved...HELP!
