@Plusnet Hi Plusnet! Thanks, will call when I'm free - are your phone lines open over weekend? Unfortunately I won't be staying as Plusnet does not offer an Ultrafast / FTTP service, so it'll be a cease service request rather than a migration to another provider.

@Plusnet no ****** answers the phone these days company wise and blame covid it's not covid it's cost cutting crap whereby a loop of music is played to customer in the hope they **** off and give up
