@Plusnet For the last 2 weeks I've had no signal when at home so cannot send/receive messages, make/receive calls and WiFi calling is unavailable on Plusnet - EE state there's a problem yet it seems nothing is being done about it and I'm paying for a service I cannot use!

Ah it appears that if you change your @Plusnet website login password, you also need to update your router or it will, at some point in the future, check it and drop the connection, apparently randomly

Dreadful customer service PlusNet. Long term customer, moving house, they’ve cut us off at old house despite being told of delayed move, now cut off in new house and closed account for no known reason. Now date for reconnect means almost 3 wks off internet. #plusnet #badservice

@Plusnet please make it stop. I haven't experienced hold music hell like this since I worked for an energy company... just put in a call back system already, not a good experience for a new customer waiting on the phone for information you could have given over SMS or email :(

@Plusnet AGAIN!!! ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES TO BE CUT OFF AND TOLD "YOUR LINE IS NOW CLOSED"?!?!?! You are an absolute JOKE of a company... You had no problems picking up the damn phone to TAKE my money though... I'm phoning trading standards first thing Monday.. utter shambles
