@jerryaldrichiii allowed to speak to networking directly, it was maddening. In the end I just left plusnet as I was so shocked by how poor their engineer's understanding was and how they handled it. Meant to complain to the ICO directly but life got in the way. Anyway, ISPs can be very bad!

@Plusnet switched to you and was due to go live Friday was told by an arrogant customer service agent on Friday that it wouldn’t be sorted by Monday and still not up and running!! I work from home this is my jeopardising my work!!

@Plusnet over an hour without an internet connection - the service more recently has become less reliable ( but usually tolerable ) - now NOTHING , I WILL be moving to another provider if not resolved - meanwhile I’m cut off - please tell me my rights ( link please )

@Oneshowywoman Plusnet...there's a 14 cooling off period and it's only an 18mnth contract, so if I'm not happy I can jump. And as soon as @three get their HUB in this area I'll change to that. I never use the landline anyway.
