@virginmedia Ive spoken to them this afternoon, same story, theyre insisting tjat youve been providing the service but im getting my broadband from plusnet. Your CS team obviously have a script to stick to and are unable to use their own initiative.

@Plusnet please make it stop. I haven't experienced hold music hell like this since I worked for an energy company... just put in a call back system already, not a good experience for a new customer waiting on the phone for information you could have given over SMS or email :(

hey @Plusnet what kind of service am I paying £30 a month for if my WiFi cuts out no less than 5 times a day for up to 10 minutes at a time?
