@Plusnet please stop increasing my 30 day rolling contract. It's getting annoying that I have to keep changing my plan - I mean, I keep getting more data for the original cost...but still...stop doing it. The cost of living is going up, stop adding to the problem!

@Barrybs1 @Plusnet Yes I am very upset about this issue too, I’m stuck in limbo with no sign of a resolution. They shouldn’t be selling sims and saying they can port numbers until this is fixed! Looking back through twitter it’s been going on for at least 10 days!

Been left no phone since Friday AM, after trying to move to @Plusnet When contacting the customer service team, I’m being told there is no available timescale to have it resolved?!
