    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @RuledByOutlook @Plusnet Yeah, looks like I might have to. Or buy a new phone as I'm sure the signal is there but this phone's just not picking it up.

    @Plusnet was told my broadband would go live on the 7th and no engineer is required. Now I’m told the phone line is being set up on the 11th(!) and that I might get fined if I’m not home to let an engineer in?Only picked you because you offered fast go live.Might just cancel now

    @Plusnet good morning plusnet, new customer here. 👋🏼 we’re supposed to be switching but haven’t had a text or email from you. I’ve logged in and there is nothing on my account. My current provider internet has stopped working today so we’re without internet (teenagers x2 😭)HELP!

    Is there a cheapish option to boost my mobile signal indoors that'll work with @Plusnet mobile? Outside and upstairs I'm getting an acceptable to good signal, it's just downstairs that's the problem. #Mobile #Help

    @plusnethelp is the service down in Stevenage? I've been with Plusnet for years and had no problems but for the past few months had such patchy issues with the service, very odd.
