  @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

  Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

  @JamesStant @bt_uk PlusNet has been very good for me over the last 15 years. Can't really tell you about customer service, though, as I've basically never had to use it. Upgrades have always been very smooth.

  @Plusnet so far no luck ! call agin to ask for an update… an engineer booked to bless the line tomorrow. almost 4 days wasted on this entertainment.. if this line not upon running by tomorrow 13:00. I would love to know how to cancel such substandard service.

  @TeeDixie @DjelliBelli Yes, I has plusnet once, they were good. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend never, under any circumstances, taking TalkTalk.

  @Plusnet Hi, we are switching broadband supplier from Plusnet to Vodafone, starting from Nov 5th. Do we need to cancel our Plusnet deal or will Vodafone do this themselves?

  @Plusnet is broadband currently down in Lytham St Anne's area?
