Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

Plusnet is absolutely garbage. I don’t know why we bother paying for it. Never had anything like as many problems with any other broadband providers. It’s every other day I’m having to constantly try resetting and resetting it because the internet is cutting out for ages

@Plusnet If I'm not in a fixed term contract does this mean I can cancel my service and look elsewhere then?

@KireeP24 Hi there, I'm really sorry about the disconnection yesterday. I've just been running some line tests and we're not seeing signs of any issues and the router has been back on since, please do get back to us though if threre's any more problems. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet I mean I can but I can confirm openreach replaced the master socket a couple of years back - and nothing has changed since you investigated an issue on the line several months back. Since then service has been great until the last few days. Can you see that in your logs?

@Plusnet I had a failed visit from a Qubegb tech ‘Luke’, on behalf of Plusnet, he went to the wrong house! He didn’t call me, I’ve ask why and haven’t received a response. I Tweeted and emailed his company and they haven’t responded. ‘Great customer service, eh?

@Plusnet serious issues this week with broadband. Router is constantly orange - I've followed all trouble shooting and getting nowhere. Tried to ring and can't recognise my choices.

@tearsofpearls Fixed term just means you've agreed to use the service for a set amount of time, which you have done. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield
