Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@Plusnet worst customer service experience. First you botch a home move, then you prevent me from being able to raise a complaint and then one of your reps not only doesnt let me speak but then pretty much calls me a liar!

@Plusnet I've seen there is a new improved router; The Hub 2. I've had issues with my connection on and off for over 18 months; am I not eligible to recieve this?

Big shout out to @Plusnet for finally acting on my problem of losing internet when it rains. @WeAreOpenreach engineer was fab. Replaced our incoming line which he reckons over 40 years old. Great guy, clean and tidy work. It is raining and my internet has not wavered. Credit due.

@Plusnet Please do. It's a really really crap customer experience, and completely implausible that there's not *something* that could be done about it with enough willingness

@adjwilson Whilst we are part of the BT Group, we operate as a separate entity and that means we don't have direct control over offerings from other parts of the group such as BT Sports; however we will pass on your feedback surrounding the issue. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet I phoned your customer service line and it seems it's a problem that comes up a LOT around major events. Very disappointing no one's bothered to prioritise fixing it, considering it seems to annoy so many customers. You're owned by the same company!

That bloke in orange.

@WiteWulf @matt303 Hop 1 is your router, presumably; hop 2 is also localish judging by the RTT. Loss from 2 to 3 rather implies either a congested link (overcontention locally?) or a cabinet with water in it or something equally bad. Definitely one for Plusnet (or OpenReach).
