Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

@OpenreachHelp our line and it's accompanying broadband connection has been down for a week. Our provider, PlusNet, say the fault has been with you the whole time but you have provided no updates to when the fault may be fixed. Can you assist please?

@Plusnet is there any way to report poor QoS for investigation with OpenReach? My service has been rubbish this week, but it's not you at fault. Neighbours on other OpenReach ISPs are also complaining of poor quality of service so it looks more like a network issue.

@Plusnet Just called looking for a new deal since current BB contract is over. CS Rep gave me a deal that is £5 more per month than a new customer, and when I asked for the new customer deal, word for word he replied, "Why would I give you that"...

@bt_uk I have done, yes - thank you, Catherine. But not with BT or Plusnet, because the offboarding process from John Lewis BB has been handled so poorly and been such a pain in the backside, it would suggest that I would have similar issues in future should anything else go wrong.

So big mad over **** Internet I'm about ready to drop kick plusnet and tell them to **** off with their ****** Internet. Cannot deal with this. Stuck at home with sick kids and tonnes of snow and cant even play a match of any game without a ******* lagfest
