Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

@UswitchUK @Plusnet OMG if your the best, l hope l don't encounter the worst. Poor quality of broadband, customer services that agree you don't need to pay early exit fee, not once but twice but then sell you to a debt collection agency. 1/10 is to high a score.

@Plusnet @UswitchUK I'm gobsmacked. You did nothing to help me when I tried to arrange a home move and subsequently cancelled my contract. Staff couldn't have been more curt and uncaring. You've changed a lot since I joined you in 2010, unfortunately not for the better.

@ghinzani @BTCare @WeAreOpenreach We get just the same through PlusNet. Drops out at 1630 then in the hour all night. Neither they nor Openreach can fix it. Been going on for years but particularly bad in lockdown.

@MattCarnie I upgraded to fibre with Plusnet who I think use EE's network. It is just me using it but so far its been faultless and Plusnet do have decent customer service

@Plusnet You're not doing much @Plusnet. I just tried to activate my £75 gift card, only to be told that it expired a week ago. The agent at the outsourced(!) rewards company was unprofessional and evasive. Would hope for a bit more understanding after the year we've all had. Never again!
