Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

Hi @Plusnet I’ve been waiting 38 mins to cancel an appointment to look at the router. Isn’t there an easier way to cancel when no longer required?

@Poppymay171 @taswoldCookie @JasonManford Because I don’t find the guy out of the PlusNet advert’s understudy remotely funny doesn’t mean I’m miserable - I would just rather defend genuinely poor people rather than a gazillionaire pampered failed ‘actress’

Anyone else’s plusnet internet not working? I thought it was cause it was cold so I put the heating on and it’s still not working. Turned the router off and on again cause that’s what the website told me to do. :( I don’t get good signal at home, it’s like it knew

@Plusnet ....why do you not have a text method for contact, using the mobile is irritating and everyone but Plusnet is reading the engineer's report. Call your customer...you are responsible for the installation.
