    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    Switching from TalkTalk to Plusnet. It's more expensive but we get a 60 pound voucher and no more awful customer service and slightly stronger and faster connection! Also with P's pay rise we can afford slightly more expensive things so!

    @Plusnet woeful service from Plusnet! Switched over from Vodafone and they’ve cut Vodafone off before sending out their router! Annoyed 😠

    So annoyed with @Plusnet. They managed to take my money in the 10 Feb, but didn’t process my order. Unfortunately I didn’t get in to the automated system! So now it’s back to the start again. Cancelled. Awful service.

    @Plusnet You should be ashamed of how bad a company you are. I'm receiving bill demands from you saying you are forwarding my details to a debt collection agency for an unpaid bill, despite your advisors giving verbal communication I don't have any outstanding bills. 1/2
