Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. π π π

Mum will be going to bank to reclaim the direct debit charges she has paid, nearly two months later. Disgusting and appalling service from both John Lewis and @Plusnet.
