    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @Plusnet Hi Plusnet, I’ve got a new Cube+ android TV box but this one won’t work on my Plusnet network. It’s ok through my phone - is there a setting I need to change?

    @euperia @Plusnet @euperia been with plusnet for over a decade. There pretty good not really had any issues. There basically BT(owned by) tho and there routers are **** replace it immediately.

    @Plusnet over 24 hours without internet and you have no idea how long before it is sorted? Terrible service.

    @Plusnet I have been unable to make/receive calls and texts since leaving a remote holiday house in Yorkshire yesterday and travelling home. No internet either unless connected to WIFI. Thought it was due to storm but problem continues today. Same for husband also with plusnet.

    @OldGitPhil @tescomobile @SMARTYMobileUK I'm okay with my Plusnet 30gb for £10 a month unlimited text and calls deal that I got on Black Friday. Plus it's a monthly rolling deal, so I can cancel at any time.
