    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    @Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say β€œ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with Β£1bn + wage bill and no income stream.

    @kevwright @MWWebster1 @NOWTV Been with Plusnet 6 years now. Not one outage or issue and I get 80mbps unlimited for Β£24 and boy do I use a lot of data

    And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

    @plusnet called to cancel my contract, wish I’d got his name but he answered like he worked in a takeaway, not at all bothered or tried to make me stay. #joke #plusnet

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet over the last few days our internet connection has become VERY unreliable. Devices all connect to the hub fine, but internet connection is slow or nonexistent much of the time.

    So trying to change phone & broadband provider to @Plusnet but so far not terribly helpful. πŸ˜’. Not a very good start as a new customer maybe I’ll look elsewhere. @plusnethelp
