Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@Plusnet terrible customer service from you now over 60 minutes waiting time to get through on the phone. Not a great look. This is exactly why I am considering accepting a better offer from another supplier.

@fbowles Hi there, sorry for the delay. The IP address issue was regarding a 3rd party company that provides the IP addresses. This has since been resolved, so you should be back to normal with streaming services. Nathan – Plusnet (Doncaster)

@TheRegister Like the outdated ones @Plusnet push out and have loads on their network that are expliotable as they don't care about cutomers - even when been with them a decade, they label 10MB as highspeed - jokers going to feel this one.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Hi, can you advise if Plusnet dns servers were “out” last night? I had 14 dns failures between 20:00 and 02:00. Never had such an issue before and have been with Plusnet for many years. Thx

@mattfrei I’ve recently changed to Plusnet from Virgin due to them not being available after a house move. They are absolutely woeful. I never had any issues with Virgin. Speeds advertised were achieved. The same cannot be said for Plusnet.

@warmoaran3s Well customers weren’t migrated over, Plusnet was just killed and EE conveniently offered cheap deals at the start. I almost certainly think it’s a loss. Plusnet are a great player in the market, bringing affordability to a rather unaffordable network. It was simple, no fuss
