    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have done, however the person doing it keeps reopening the request. There's nothing plusnet can do except keep cancelling it at my request but I really don't want to have to keep ringing them every week and getting them to cancel. Plusnet said to speak to you directly.

    @Plusnet booked our house move last week, turns out someone didn’t press the right button so we’re without wifi from tomorrow. Is there any chance we could get unlimited data on our mobile phone service so we can hotspot? Daughter needs to do college work?

    @OpenreachHelp you do work at my property without permission. You won't correct the work but keep sending engineer appointment s for next stage. Total shambles, waste of money & lack of customer care! Shall I just dig my own trench? @Plusnet #openreachdonthelp

    Just joined Plusnet Your phone is up and running No it isn’t 😡😡😡 Ring up told them internet isn’t working either oh let Me see yes it’s working now Noooooooo it isn’t SICK OF THESE PROVIDERS IM SORRY why not listen as and provide a service I pay for

    @Plusnet I was told my internet was switching to my new address on the 10/03, but it's started today which is a serious problem as it's preventing me from working. Please contact me as soon as possible

    @Plusnet please avoid. You raise a concern or complain and you are pushed from pillar to post. Raised concerns since 15/10/22 and never got a response or apology. Worst customer experience ever.

    @Plusnet my broadband service started with you today. Really disappointed that immediately before I got the message saying I could start to use the service you've already sent me an email saying the price is going up!!

    @Plusnet I get why the costs rise, but it's a little cheeky to give me a price then put the price up before you've switched the service on. Surely you could have a) Quoted the new price, b) Told me the price would change when I ordered or C) honoured the original price for the 1st year?
