    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @Plusnet My Parents in law have been without Broadband now since the 13th of August. Both in their 70's and the internet is lifeline for them. Four engineer no shows, poor diagnostics, poor communication. A poor, poor show all round. I have never heard of such poor customer serv.

    Sorry we didn’t live stream today on Instagram. We spent 13 hours at the new HQ waiting for an engineer that @Plusnet promised that never came. Don’t worry, they’re going to apparently charge US a rebooking fee for their failings as a company! #CustomerService

    Their wifi was a little bit *** but @Plusnet’s customer service is SENSATIONAL. Being able to speak to an actual human within SECONDS of ringing and ending the call with a stable BP & my problem solved? Holla me when you get fibre optic in Hackney babes I’ll come running back!!🫶🏽

    @Plusnet cancelled contract ianbsenior389 user name please cancel openreach they intend to visit 6/9/22 between 8am 1pm but already cancelled with Plusnet 26th August couldn't get through on hold phone 2hours not good Plusnet owned by BT and cannot work together

    @Plusnet Update! Two calls to plusnet (on top of the five yesterday) 25 minutes then 45 minutes. Their best solution after bouncing me through four departments: "We can cancel your account within 10 minutes." Five years of being a loyal customer. And that's the best they can do.

    @Plusnet Mobile. My son's lost his phone, so we'd like to order a new SIM asap. The trouble is your 0800 number does not work here on holiday in Greece, and the chat option seems to have disappeared from website. Please could you provide a non 0800 number or some other channel?

    @Plusnet Disappointing start to our relationship. My new sim was dispatched on 1 Sept and not arrived on 5th, which is the day my previous network disconnected me to leave me with no working phone. Your CSA told me today that I wouldn’t get disconnected (not true).
