@Plusnet Hi there, I have an orange power light and a flashing red B on my PlusOne router, I've tried all the steps proposed when trying to sign in to the router, I've had previous problems with the router that required an engineer visit, and I'm wfh so this is very bad. Help?

@Plusnet Slow speeds via ethernet now disconnections ( 2 just in the last 30 minutes ). the poor line quality cycle is starting over again so please don't say the line is testing fine - had months of this nonsense earlier this year and was resolved after a number of visits. Thanks

@Plusnet please explain why I put up with having constant issues with your service, after having 10+ engineers at my house trying to fix the problem. This service is appalling.
