    @Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you

    .@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

    Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

    @Plusnet Been a customer for years. Moved to Full Fibre this morning. Now problems!! Not Internet cable sent. Need Internet and mobile for health reasons. I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please πŸ˜₯

    @Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

    If yr a gamer AVOID @Plusnet Slow speed 100% Slow connection! Terrible provider! Its like they are stuck in the 90's for speed/Internet. Avoid for gaming 110%!!!

    @Plusnet You haven’t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you don’t know.

    @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

    @saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (I’ll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for Β£28 a month with no mid contract price increases.
