.@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

@Plusnet Utterly insane service. The only way to cancel your contract is by PHONE in this day & age??!!! coz of security???? So no one could impersonate me on the phone but they could use the same security details to do so online so that’s “unsafe”. V rude too! Good riddance

@ultraman_ginger @scribbles78 Another vote for Plusnet. Been with them 2.5 years and only had to contact them once to sign up to a new contract. I work from home and never have WiFi issues

@mrbrady72 @Plusnet Apparently they need our money to “invest in the network” because £1.9Bn profit along with a £5Bn subsidy from the government for network improvement “wasn’t quite enough” I’m sick of their 💩 and might just pay to get out of the contract. @Plusnet you can choke on your profit!

@Plusnet, really disappointed in the cancellation of a phone & broadband order. 4 times its been reinstated, then the account was closed by the 'system'. Leaving a vulnerable person without contact...please help I'm getting nowhere and spent hours on the phone trying to resolve

Hey @Plusnet why the hell does my Internet keep going down when I’m trying to stream!?!? Never had an issue before but the last week has been shocking! Works perfectly normally then drops like I pulled out the cable! Frustrating as all hell!!
