.@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

  • jezrichens Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, England

@Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you

  • jasonmfarrow Jason M Farrow (@jasonmfarrow) reported from Basingstoke, England

.@plusnethelp you have a Mass Service Outage in Basingstoke and beyond (from 00:15) with a fix ETA of 18:00 but no mention on website or twitter. #sortitout #plusnet #outage #broadband

  • jezrichens Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Your mobile service is a #SHAMBLES on Monday your customer services promised me to own and fix my 78 year old mother's mobile issue. You never called her to update her, and from the conversation I've just had... You have done NOTHING to progress resolving

  • jezrichens Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, England

Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

Worst internet provider guys? We've endured a few but @Plusnet beats the lot. Can't imagine why OH chose them again having lost internet/phone for weeks in Feb 2020 floods when BT box was affected.Service in new home has been appalling. Made homeworking impossible. And it's dear.

  • goonernick Nick Taylor (@goonernick) reported

@ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I've never heard of that. Their agreement will be with o2 only. All companies use one of either Vodafone, EE, O2 or 3. ( I think). For example BT and Plusnet use EE. Best checking with sky though...

  • doddytyke Doddy (@doddytyke) reported from Penistone, England

@Plusnet 2 new sim cards ordered. Only one received today and the changeover is due to happen tomorrow therefore could be a full day without any service. Why only 1 received when ordered both the same time??

  • Easby Rob Easby (@Easby) reported

@Plusnet terrible service for mobile. Had a new account over a week still not working. Had new sim & now apparently it is 'pending ' so still no service and no time frame for when it could be. Nobody doing anything to help. Just want my pac code to get out of this awful network

  • theyorkshirejo jodie laura is becoming a werewolf awoooooo (@theyorkshirejo) reported

@Plusnet hi do you know if you’re having any issues? My router has been flashing orange for about an hour now. Tried restarting the router/unplugging etc. but no help

  • millis_mikey Mikey Millis (@millis_mikey) reported

@glossopbill @Plusnet I’m the opposite, mine has been down since about 16:30 and still waiting for a call back 😣

  • FPCGF Tomorrow never comes, act today (@FPCGF) reported

@weEatComplete @Plusnet They did the same with me, 45mb down to 29mb. Tried blaming everything on me, changed my contract without notifying me, lied in their replies to me

  • craftycrusader Monique (@craftycrusader) reported

I've spent the last twenty minutes on the @Plusnet website trying to buy a SIM-only contract and it just doesn't work. Perhaps this is a sign not to join this network.

  • lakesvet Iain Richards (@lakesvet) reported

@Plusnet Getting really fed up with your email connectivity. If you are not going to support a product don’t offer it

  • jacquep Pascal Jacquemain 🇫🇷in🇬🇧 #BloodyMigrant (@jacquep) reported

@Plusnet when looking at your mobile network terms and conditions, I see plenty of references to 2016. We're in 2022. Questions: if I take a rolling contract, will I have access to WiFi calling? Is there access to 5G? Are you reintroducing EU roaming charges?
