Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

@Plusnet Internet has been slow since day 1 but for the past week it has reached levels never seen before. Basically, we can’t watch a movie without it stopping at least 25 times. Zoom video conferences during the day are totally impossible. I’m talking about 1 device connected.

@Plusnet i have managed to fix my issue, reset my router password and restarted access point and restarted router. i’m a bit perplexed that i had to do this any ideas 💡 why Plusnet 😱
