  @Plusnet cst services say they don't provide WiFi just the bandwidth, engineers talk tripe, no equipment to boost signal, I have to buy that and no guarantee of getting WiFi, they just provide the equipment to help you receive the signal. ????

  @Plusnet To be fair to Plusnet they have stopped the erroneous £360 charge for ending my contract early. I was fortunate. Dont assume they may do it for you. My criticism of their service, however, still stands.

  @Plusnet why can I not receive ANY calls on my mobile? One of your operators says there is an mobile outage but NOTHING on your status update !I’ve been waiting in all day for a call from ICU where partner is and nothing but they called 4 times what is going on this is appalling

  @Plusnet still can’t receive calls and waiting for a call from hospital ICU nobody @Plusnet has tried at all to assist , being told national outage but own website says no !! #forgodssakehelpmeplusnet
