    @Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Your mobile service is a #SHAMBLES on Monday your customer services promised me to own and fix my 78 year old mother's mobile issue. You never called her to update her, and from the conversation I've just had... You have done NOTHING to progress resolving

    @Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

    @kevwright @MWWebster1 @NOWTV Been with Plusnet 6 years now. Not one outage or issue and I get 80mbps unlimited for £24 and boy do I use a lot of data

    Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

    @nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

    @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

    @RoyalMail customer service is useless. Awaiting a delivery from Plusnet. requested it be delivered next door as I am out.Still delivering to my address. Tried the phone. 18 x I’ve read my tracking number and it repeats back incorrectly. Now an hour to wait to speak to someone!

    @Plusnet I load up a game of fifa until it starts lagging uncontrollably "What" i quote to myself as the game is on 900 ping even though there are no other electronical devices at my disposal or any other electrical devices on I run up and down my house wondering why its lagging?

    @plusnet Urgent please ask your Broadband supervisor Remy Chavez to ring Mr Sherwood ASAP re BB activation due today, or supply me a means to contact him. He has been dealing with this directly. Plusnet BB support line has queue 30mins+. thank you PLEASE CONFIRM
