    .@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

    @Plusnet 5 days since house move was “completed”, but no broadband. Support ticket says my services are running, complaint ticket saying the order should be closed with Openreach within 24 hours (now elapsed) is gone from my account. What am I paying for again? I’m lost.

    @Plusnet downdetector shows over 500 reports of problems, 93% with emails. The problem appears to have started at about midnight last night.
