@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

@DowndetectorUK Worth noting that, according to the tweets, plusnet have been having issues since at least 1am and not a single overnight update from them, not just the last ten minutes. #PlusnetDown
