    @kevwright @MWWebster1 @NOWTV Been with Plusnet 6 years now. Not one outage or issue and I get 80mbps unlimited for £24 and boy do I use a lot of data

    @jmarcjones @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Do your research on the speed other people get locally. The distance from the exchange plays a big part if you are on an ADSL service.

    @4lanFrancis @tescomobile But you're right about Plusnet. I switched from them to Vodafone last October. Big mistake! The promised £100 voucher never arrived, the speed is slow, no free landline calls and less data allowance.

    I'm pretty sure at this point Plusnet have a policy of winding down your line speed until you complain. I'm paying for 80, it's currently syncing at 30 with a 21db SNR margin. It hasn't synced above 60 (minimum guaranteed is 59.6 or something) for 2 years.

    Yo! @Plusnet, last couple of days my broadband keeps cutting out, requiring a full reboot of the router each time. Can I send you details for you to do a line check as it’s starting to cause work issues for me. Thanks.

    @Plusnet I can't believe an account which took me all of 3 minutes to sign up for, on the basis that it was flexible and I could cancel at any time, has taken 3 months to cancel!!

    @NoraHutson I have PlusNet Mobile. No hassle at all. And so cheap! It's my broadband that I have to change. I hate having a landline I never use.

    @Plusnet Nope. We can’t get FTTP and there are no plans for Openreach to upgrade our area in the next 5 years. Such a shame, your service has been fantastic but I need speeds over 100M now.

    @Plusnet Brilliant that you can help 🇺🇦 . How about also assisting a customer who has their connection date pushed back TWICE and now pushed back 2 weeks to end of March!! Completely out of order.

    @Plusnet I want to cancel my phone. Dont need to talk to anyone just need to cancel. I logged into my account but there's no straightforward option just to cancel. Should i just cancel the direct debit and leave it to expire?
