@Plusnet hi, is there an outage in Bath? Our router has been out since yesterday morning, we’ve tried resetting, restarting, unplugging, turning it off for long periods of time etc etc etc. The one light is basically constantly orange/red, and the broadband light flashes red.

@Plusnet Plusnet support advise that between 50-100 locations are down in Colchester and the estimate repair is 18 hours. No redundancy. Totally unacceptable in 2022
