@Plusnet Hi, the problem (whatever it was) has been been resolved. It was just frustrating that I couldn't acccess the internet at the time and i couldn't see anything wrong on my part

Looks like @Plusnet is having a bit of trouble. Awful connection all today and yesterday, with regular connection drops. And now their phone lines are fully down. I noticed that my contract is up when I visited their website. Will be holding out on renewing I think.

@Plusnet can you tell me why non of your phone number connect, why webchat cuts me off and then wants feedback on the "service" I am waiting for a refund and it has been long over ten days. Someone needs to contact me ASAP.
