@Plusnet have left us stranded to try to work and socialise from home with no internet for 10 days, at LEAST 4 more days untill it might be fixed, poor communication and NO INFO on compensation. What do we do @plusnethelp ?

@VodafoneUK Vodafone are useless months they promised to connect broadband and lied, never got it done went to Plusnet they were great , now Vodafone bill me £70 they can go to hell they cost me much more in lost work they can take me to court for it and explain their ;lies and scam

@Plusnet Hi , just wanted you to know I will be leaving you in a few days time . Yours has been the worst broadband service I have had . It started when you reneged on a financial incentive and continued with much less than advertised speeds . Caveat emptor .
