ISPs+OpenReach — #TalkTalk #Plusnet #zeninternet Imagine paying full ££ rate for DSL with line speed <0.4Mbps (reducing to zero when it rains hard/snows) ..a rising price, every few months.. ISP refuses service when they see you are changing supplier. What a grim UK telecoms env.

@Plusnet not sure what service I pay for because I am never able to use the internet, just to check emails or have a word document open, for more than 2 minutes without connection cutting out. This didn’t happen with previous provider, EE. I have called you but not resolved.

We have poor speed on old lines at home so have gone with mobile @EE pay as you go ... we have two devices: one mini portable wifi which is OK but not that fast and one hub which is pretty good. Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp you were due to come & install our new phone line and broadband today between 8am and 1pm. No one has turned up and your telephone customer service adviser was quite frankly useless. My partner has had to take a day off work as he is wfh &needs Internet

@plusnethelp - very bad speed and that's too when some important work to be finished. I am fustrated with the internet speed , it's 0.01 , 0.36 Mbps and following up with customer support , I want to leave plusnet , okease help me to end contract without exit fees.

@suebenn @Plusnet @plusnethelp They told me the same thing, apparently i didnt tick a box or something, i would never want to have kept my number as i didnt even use the phone £53.97 spent on 3 five day btwifi passes now.. Oh and also the month up front to plusnet.. Absolute joke.
