@Plusnet Just to update everyone, the fault has been resolved with Bob's help. Call was raised on Feb 9th, it was sorted on March 31st but I am delighted to see it working again even if it was a huge struggle to get plus net netops team to accept if was a problem on their server.

@Plusnet Trying really hard to get a new sim card, any advice (just been on phone to you for 48 mins and as my sim is not working that makes me unpopular with my partner!!) ???
