@Plusnet I've already done the texting. They said there was a fault and I needed an engineer. But like I said originally, I can't book one because your system is down. So I'm asking to be informed when your system is back up, please.

@Plusnet hello, we are in CH4 and have reported that our internet is down this morning. Had a reply that it should be back by 12:30, but still off. Had to text again to be told it should be resolved in 4 hours, it's been over that with no further updates. Do you have any info?

@Plusnet Can you update us when your system is back up? Fibre broadband LOS problem, but can't book an engineer to come out and fix it.

@JoeVeragio @WeAreOpenreach I have had 02 for years as if us best coverage in the sticks here but my internet broadband provider is plusnet who were once excellent until BT bought them . I am trying to bypass the landline requirement as that is where the problem is , it’s broken

@Plusnet I am a new customer and had a new Hub delivered yesterday. I cannot set this up until I've had an activation confirmation via email/text. It's been over 24 hours and no activation (or WiFi). When can this be resolved?

@DerylLynn I had the same problem with Openreach and Plusnet Now on Starlink Absolutely brilliant but expensive but reliable and mega fast Feeding ducks is so therapeutic
