    disgraceful communication from @Plusnet regarding our service being cut off with no warning. Their mistake. Gave us 3days in writing to sort it, cut off within 36hrs. We’ve to now wait 5days for a manager???

    What ******** is up with @Plusnet ? They accuse me of owing them £360, send in bailiffs (IQ 70), and pester me all over the place to accept their offer. If they continue, I will continue the with legal action that is on hold. Its their admitted ****-up, not mine. #RipOff
