I was invoiced £60 for an engineer who didn’t come but stated he did on his notes - due to Covid (& having MS) - so I cancelled the account. Now they’re charging MORE as I didn’t pay on Xmas Eve

CJ (@CJ59315408) reported@Plusnet Yeah. My New Years resolution is to switch to a new provider as soon as my plusnet contract is up. Ideally, a new provider whose router doesnt have to rebooted at least three times a day ! Shite.
