  @biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.

  @Plusnet No you don't have a dedicated bereavement team. I have ready phoned numerous times & posted on X - was promised a call back & then nothing. Not expecting any help you are useless. Just want to make people aware how you treat bereaved families

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @Plusnet trying to cancel to travel abroad will have no fixed address, I waited for 15 mins on the phone then got cut off, I dont think #plusnet want me to leave. Is there an easier way to cancel thanks.
