@plusnethelp once again you have my bill wrong & as ever your claim of award winning customer lines is utter garbage. Complete incompetence from @Plusnet yet again. Your phone centre waits just show how bad must be as so many others must be suffering same poor service

20 years+ customer of @Plusnet, which has been mostly good, but today I am living. Sorry @Plusnet I don't like being taken for a foul, being lied to, up sold and being blamed when it is really a issue on your side. Your customer service is no longer legendary!

@Plusnet You certainly get what you pay for with Plusnet. Low price contract, low quality equipment and poor to mediocre support.

@Tiothae Aaah I see. Yeah the issue is me trying to VPN into my parents house. With a double NAT connection that’s just not possible. They switched from Virgin Media to PlusNet and after a month Openreach just cut the line. They haven’t reinstated it yet and it’a over a month now.

@Plusnet That feeling when you have to use your mobile data to tweet plusnet because your service is down again. At least it's sunny.

Shockingly bad customer service switching to @Plusnet No internet from Friday until apparently 6-4-21. Made multiple phone calls where they shift the blame to Talk Talk. Then derisory offer to pay for 5 days of BT Hotspot as "compensation".

@plusnethelp Hi Beth, the issue is I’m trying to transfer to Plusnet, so far I’ve been given 5 different dates, I haven’t been sent emails which would have made the transfer happen on time and I have no internet thanks

@plusnethelp Adam, have tried multiple attempts to “boost” the WiFi, with and without Plusnet’s “help”. All results end in the same unreliable WiFi, which is useless for working from home.
