@Plusnet Morning. Widespread outage in Talbot Green, Llantrisant, Pontyclun since midnight. Spoke with support on the phone who reports openreach issue. They can't reach my line to test it. Working from home and burning up my personal data. Any further info?

@James1986Tony @RoyalMail ****'s sake. I had something similar with my phone. Been on PlusNet for years then made the switch to BT as soon as Openreach upgraded our area to fibre. I've persistently been getting calls from "BT Openreach" about the virus on my network ever since!

@Plusnet rang your customer service to urgently change my payment date by two days as my pay date has changed. Been told that cant as today is my billing date and have to ring back in two days. can you explain why this not possible today but ok in two days time?
