@Plusnet Mate, it’s been 2 days since I posted that. I appreciate you getting back to me eventually but I had to go elsewhere so I could get work done. No idea if it’s working now as I’ve not been home but it’s an issue knowing that I can’t reach anyone if I do have problems.

@Chimpman @rhymerrigby We were going to move to PlusNet and BT called up and said they'd price match so we have BT for not too bad a price. What has happened to full fibre? Pretty sure they did all the cables in the pavement months back now, but they seemingly aren't connecting properties up

@davezeking Well I've decided against Plusnet as you're not getting proper EE, instead it's the older T-Mobile / Orange network, probably why they can afford really cheap tariffs.

@Plusnet broadband is down and has been since yesterday morning, it came back for a bit but is now supposed to fixed by tomorrow evening… I’ve DMd you my user name as you seem to insist everyone does. Why is there no note on your website about this fiasco?
