@Plusnet we like Plusnet and been with them for some time but the signal is now just too awful for words! We’ve had promises about sorting it out months ago and it’s worse now than ever! When are you going to deal with it?

@plusnethelp since switching to Plusnet a month ago our connection keeps cutting out and we are unable to maintain a decent connection to our PC using wifi. Really disappointed with the service. Can you please advise as this just isn't good enough. Thank you.

So @Plusnet left my 81 year old mum who has #Parkinsons without TV, A phone and no internet access for 14 days now and still no communication from them in fact they keep cutting us off after on hold for ages! #isolation. @Plusnet = Crap customer service. Took her £ though!

@Plusnet 08:25 on a Monday. internet broken since the early hours. Your 'customer service' is: online chat 'unavailable', telephone lines 'all closed'. When WFH reliability is important. This is a good indicator that you are not the ones to rely on if there's an issue.

@EE Well.... I would forward it to 7726 (SPAM) if I could, but those plucky @Plusnet @plusnethelp folks barred short code texting on their MVNO network. If only Plusnet, British Telecom and EE were somehow, you know, related in business perhaps they could sort this out? No? Oh well😳

@Plusnet Question is how on earth do I get in contact with you!??? Online automated bot is useless and directs you to call...call and your advised your call can’t be taken and to call back later! Not good at all considering I’m a new customer!

@Plusnet since I renewed my internet contract (which you put the price up) the service you provide has seemed markedly slower. My family are being to complain about the lack of connectivity. Any suggestions on what to tell them?
