@SouthEastRailGp I sent a copy to the HMRC and Action Fraud reporting system but I had to send the screenshot as the @plusnet email system refused to let me forward the actual message ... even though I was sending it to the Government fraud / phishing reporting service - who want to be notified

@Plusnet 1.Hi, I don't want to be phoned you will email me . Were plusnet having issues on 18.08.2025 (Monday) or also the previous evening the Sunday , as the service was poor even by plusnet standards , intermittent and low download speed when it was there, just poor ! Lamentably so.

@AerialimagingSE @virginmedia Plusnet. On the 2 or 3 times I've had an issue in the last 20 years, their customer service has been bang on point.
