@Plusnet Called customer service yet again this AM. What an absolute nightmare! Bounced around the system & then cut off. All the while keep being told the account I thought lasted 12 months keeps on clocking up new charges. Used the sing Plusnet's praises. Not so much now!

@Plusnet hi my Internet has been down for most of the day and so has a second line which comes into the same property (both with Plusnet), could you investigate?
