@Plusnet Having a lot of problems with connections dropping especially on wifi. Been with you for years and my Hub 1 is getting long in the tooth, are there any newer models available please? Or even just a new Hub 1?

@Plusnet You sent me an email on Saturday telling me my contract was due for renewal next month. It had a link to make a new contract at the same price as new customers. That link doesn't work. Call centre closed over wkd. I work 8-8. Can I get a working link please?

@Plusnet shocking customer service. My 79 year old mother in law has had her phone and broadband cut off with no notice and no reason. Nice way to treat a customer at Christmas. Hope she doesn’t have a fall or anything because she has no way of calling for help

@Plusnet I really can't bothered. 12 hour shift in a vax centre makes you feel that. I'm happy with the service I have. But I am not going to pay double for it when you openly admit you give new customers a better price. And I really am not calling up on break time.
