Please help my @Plusnet broadband stopped working around 10pm on Thursday. Was hoping it was a local problem and would have turned back on by now

  • shysecretagent Dr Deborah Pearson (@shysecretagent) reported

@Deliveroo Feels like performative customer service to me. I recently had @Plusnet do the same on Twitter and the complaint still isn’t resolved. I’ll DM you but I’m skeptical.

@Plusnet Hi I messaged about an issue with my service and nobody has responded to me

  • contractor1970 beadyeye (@contractor1970) reported

@OpenreachHelp Appears to be a bigger issue and it's with openreach, but Plusnet can't tell me when it will be sorted as apparently they are not able to get the info from OR.

  • MrsKage89 Carly Ann Jones (@MrsKage89) reported

@Plusnet i need someone to cancel my renewal, can someone get in touch ASAP please

  • McGeorgeOfTheJ1 McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported

@Plusnet Had my question closed by a tech 2 guy I am assuming who only checked my speed, but not the line quality and DS errors on my connection. Also the speed isn't fine at all, I had the new router for just over a day and was in the process of fault finding. Not Happy at all.

  • StevieB61 Stephen Brunning (@StevieB61) reported

@Plusnet I had a message last night saying the service has been disconnected and would be up again in the morning, or something to that effect. Why was this please? I live in Barnet, North West London. All fine now.

  • JpjpJohn johnp (@JpjpJohn) reported

@MoneySavingExp Moved from Plusnet+BT, to IDNet. Costs me an extra £4 a month but the quality / speed / stability / access to support is worth it. It's not always about saving money..

  • NJS292 NJS292 (@NJS292) reported

@MoneySavingExp Switched from Plusnet originally £30ish became £40+ after 12months due to line rental contract mismatch. Broadband good, WiFi useless and customer service awful (how did they get their reputation?) now Vodafone £24pm, no complaints!
