@Plusnet what an absolutely atrocious service from your company - you have the audacity to take my d/d one day before I transfer my service, block the account so that I cannot see the financial status and then tell me it’s going to take 20 days to get a final account #ripoff

My wifi started slowing again today, and then started failing around an hour ago. @Plusnet, I can’t even load your site anymore to check whether you’re lying about being up. There’s a chance its the router, but you replaced that after our 2-day outage last week.

@Plusnet Thanks however it wasn’t just for “short time this morning” but since last night, as mentioned by others too. Please could you atleast put up outage notice when service is down. so we can arrange alternatives for our work. This isn’t the first time it has happened :-(

@Plusnet Yes But the point it people had problems from 00.30. You didn't know that or if you did you didnt react to it. No traps and alerts. A testing system that blames me and then I can't speak to anyone. It is poor to blame a customer without a thorough investigation.

@Plusnet excellent service from plusnet. Internet kept dropping out came out did line check. No internal fault. Arranged for BT engineer today they found broke external wire. Now replaced and all sorted.
