@plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

I have never had to contact a broadband provider as often as I have Plusnet. There have been problems with every turn. Although your staff are friendly, I can never get issues quickly solved.

@Plusnet broadband was ordered to the wrong flat and requested to cancel. 45 mins phone wait and customer service said an incorrect 144.89 bill will not be charged and it was. can you refund me asap - if not I will have to make complaint to the regulator. EH3 5AH - will eden.

@Plusnet New customer trying to get connected, now 12 days late! I didn't realise they were so shut, what can I do? Calling involves a 40 minute wait, then you are lied to....

I have no Plusnet Mobile service for the last two days on three different mobile phones in my household suggesting this may be a Plusnet mobile network issue. I cannot send texts of make calls. Any suggestions on how I resolve this issue please?
