@Victrix75 @plusnethelp @Plusnet More stressed than dealing with the known-lacklustre support from Plusnet? Switching ISPs is pretty trivial these days in the majority of cases if you do a like for like switch. Who I’d recommend depends on where you are etc, as there can be variations in good choices by area.

@Plusnet hi my internet is slow then turn it off back on then goes fast then it goes slow again it's been doing this for a wile never seam to get a few days of normal running

@TalkTalk I find hard to believe that your website completely doesn't work, and that I'm unable to resign up via a third party website for a voucher. It's a shame that now the offer is only for a £70 voucher through no fault of my own 🙄 tempted to go with Plusnet now...

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I really think that 7 months is now far too long to be dealing with an issue. You owe my grandma over £200. You owe me far more than that in my time on the phone and energy. How do I speak about this to someone senior please?

@TerryClasper I totally agree with you about getting either a good or bad support person. Once I got a Plusnet support person who was asking me to do ridiculous things to verify that my problem was genuine. Well, the phone line was damaged and OpenReach had to come out and repair it.
