Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

@Plusnet So disappointed today. No working Internet, thrown off the phone line without being able to speak to anyone, and text support which was supposed to give me a call within 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I moved to PlusNet for the customer service, just disappointed.

Come on @Plusnet why is the whole country not being provided a service today....no official statement of why you are down and thank goodness for mobile hotspot on works mobile phone.....
