    @Plusnet For nearly 6 days now, I've been unable to send emails. This is really not good enough, and so unlike the gokd service I normally receive. This is getting urgent now. When will the problem be fixed?

    If you ever want to find out which of your friends and family secretly hate you, ask for recommendations about a phone/internet provider. If any of them say @plusnet - they're the ones. Nothing but problems for 15 months, and I literally cannot wait for the end of this contract.

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Yes - recently I was due to renew with Plusnet for £40.98 and I asked for the new customer price, which is £26.99. Had to sign up for another 18 months but I got the new customer price.
