    2 secs.. to update the SMB packages from BT, plusnet do not support syslog forwarding. the SKY router might (not sure which one waiting on SS/data)., the zen internet smb router does not.

    @AislinnOBrien1 @Plusnet I have exactly the same issue, and I have to wait until Monday to call, customer service couldn't deal with it. Not a great start

    @Desideratist Good luck! Only way to resolve is to submit a complaint and wait 60 days for the deadlock letter, then write to the ombudsman. Or vote with your feet and go to plusnet/sky/vm.

    @NojNojNoj I’ve just spoke to a chap from Plusnet about the speed of their internet, He tried giving me some bollocks about the copper wires have been in the ground for some time now, ******* PRICK, Never had this problem with TALKTALK,

    @plusnethelp reported issues with our broadband service on Monday, rocket suggests a fault and that we would hear back by 7pm Thursday, but nothing. Please help s this is not normal plusnet customer service. Ticket no 208639031

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely disgusting! So in August, we had no service at all for a month and when finally an engineer was called out which was free btw,Now this month we are expected to pay the bill for the engineer 4 months afterwards and the month that we had no service.

    @Plusnet I just got off the phone after complaining about the speed of their internet, LOL I’m only using eBay !!! He said some **** about the copper wires in the ground have probably corroded and I need to upgrade to FIBRE If you believe this CRAP, Your believe anything,

    I emailed plusnet two days ago but no reply. Really disappointed with this customer service. Definitely won't be recommending plusnet to family and friends.
