@Plusnet cheek putting the price of broadband up when I spend more time disconnected than connected. The service is a joke and makes literally every aspect of my life harder than it needs to be.

@Plusnet Hello, I am currently switching from Plusnet, to @ShellEnergyHome broadband, however you picked my dates. Now I've got an email from Plusnet saying I am about to be charged £32 on 3/3 for a service when my switch is on 1/3. Pls confirm why I am being charged???
