    @lizardschwartz TalkTalk are literally the worst, I would change provider. I've been with PlusNet 6 years now, any time there's a problem I can speak to an understandable person within 5-10 mins!

    @Plusnet hi, I've just order a sim only contract with you. I've received a text saying you are completing my port request. The new SIM has not been received and I have no network on my phone...

    @Plusnet 3/x Because apparently they are ONLY for new customers, so current customers have to sit with rubbish tech and have problems for the last year or so, with very little being done about it, except swap connections at the exchange and send out countless openreach engineers.

    @bristolren @bt_uk All communication providers be that BT, Sky, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk, Virgin media, Zen (list goes on) will only be able to provide a digital (Internet based) voice service from 2023 and everyone moved off the current PSTN network you are on today as that is closing by 2025
