  @Plusnet You haven’t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you don’t know.

  @PlusnetCS_ @plusnetCS_ You shouldnt make customer jump thru hoops countering countless excuses from you as to why you should NOT pay up promised reward. It is bad faith & appalling service from PlusNet. Who the hell awarded you good customer service? your mates? I been gaslit & dodged

Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
