I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now
