@concretebadger I can’t see a solution right now. Basically @plusnet cancelled her account and are now pretending she asked them to. She didn’t. She’s old, but her memory is sharp as a knife.

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet Write to the MD. We did, and for a time, they took our complaint very seriously. Unfortunately they stopped doing that and in the end we took them to the Ombudsman. That was a stitch up. We’re now with BT.
