@plusnethelp Hi! Switched from Sky 6 months ago to PlusNet. Internet constantly dropping out (never had a problem in ten years). Usually at night or when two devices online. Any advice? Have reset and unplugged and used master socket. Frustrating as trying also to work from home!

@Plusnet Day 5 of no email service. Managed to get through to your phone helpline. They couldn't tell me anything other than it's "an ongoing issue". Can't access webmail. Way beyond annoying now.

@Plusnet Wireless connections only. Though, at the time only my laptop was using the wifi and was in the same room as the router. I have issues with wifi connectivity throughout the house.

@Plusnet @_CHUCKLEBUTTY Oh @Plusnet , did you just reply to a complaint about getting the same vague response by... posting the same vague response? I appreciate you're having difficulties but after 5 days the lack of meaningful updates isn't helping and getting increasingly frustrating.

@Plusnet @MartinWoodward2 Webmail still problem for me, its bad at best of times, now non-existent. Sometimes it says mailbox empty, sometimes there's a number, no folders and server error messages. Fed up of trying to get in there.

@lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.
