    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

If not why don't we all get together & cancel direct debits as the only language they understand is MONEY!

    @Plusnet This isnt the first time. Massively inconvenient, have you tried to tell a one year old and sick five year old why they can’t watch their tv? About time for decent compensation please and that you recognise the continued problems we have experienced

    @Plusnet My friend is currently in the process of liaising with your customer services team and her ombudsman. Like I said, I’m not a customer but after overhearing that interaction, it was disgusting and extremely patronising!

    @BIGGANorthReg @TalkTalk @Plusnet I did however have a conversation on their chat earlier to make a complaint because their system is a shambles. Conveniently though, I asked for a copy of the transcript to be emailed as it confirmed a resolution to my complaint and I’m yet to receive it 🙄

    And also that they've offered me as a goodwill gesture a months services free but to get his I have to basically say that this is a sufficient resolution to the problem, but clearly it isnt as @plusnet still owe me £458, and now are saying I'm missing payments.

    @Plusnet So, I chose Plusnet because I had heard all about your fabulous award winning customer service. Finally, I thought, a company that understands the dearth of customer service that plagues our times! Three weeks and five question tickets later, having paid for a contract and an
