    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    @vantex24 @JohnLewisRetail @zeninternet According to JL, setting up a new broadband/ landline account is "a highly technical issue and so John Lewis Broadband / Plusnet are really the only ones who could address this issue." I wonder who else they thought might be responsible? Still heard nothing after 24 hours 😠

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet help - I have private messaged you but not heard back in 4 days. I am still getting automated emails requesting a payment owed, but I still have no way to provide the payment. PLEASE can you address this ASAP - I really hope others are not in the same situation.
