@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@danrolfejohnson Hi There Dan, I'm really sorry about the issue with slow speeds, I've just checked your account and can see you called in this morning, has that sorted it out or do you need further support from us on this? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@plusnet The #mexicogp starts in just over half an hour and you haven't been working for the last half an hour! Help!

  • jbynwa96 Josh Baker (@jbynwa96) reported

@Plusnet worst broadband I’ve ever had never works and when I’ve rang up no one is any help

  • serichards Suzy Richards 🇪🇺 (@serichards) reported

@KirstenTisdale I’ve been with plusnet mobile for a long time. Based on EE but cheaper. Don’t support shortcodes though which can be a bit of a pain sometimes. I’ve not really needed much help apart from an initial voicemail issue in the beginning. Been fine since (kiss of death!)

Not sure what's being going on with @Plusnet in the SO30 area of Southampton the past few days. It's like being back in the late 1990's. Pretty much unusable...which is a problem when you work from home

  • iblametom Thomas Brewster (@iblametom) reported

Just recalling how I signed up to @Plusnet with a £75 voucher I never got and if you try to sort it out, it turns into some awful Kafkaesque nightmare where you’re passed from one company to another, no one wanting to take responsibility. Be wary of this offer.

@Plusnet i have received my new router as you thought this would fix my problem but it has not worked. Still receiving the same issues. Nearly 2 weeks now with no internet. Sort it out or I am out. Simple as.

@Plusnet You keep forgetting to add. The worst customer service on the planet in your ads 👍

  • Cripleh Cameron Phillips (@Cripleh) reported

The answer to avoiding #doctorwho spoilers is to have your ISP make sure your internet is down all day. Cheers @Plusnet.
