@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@uncletatty @Plusnet yep just before 8pm when customer service goes home. That is the business model it seems. From then on the network is little swiss cheese and they just try and blame the user.

@Jack_WJB @Plusnet yep if we can just limp the network to 8pm then we can all go home and the users can whistle as the network falls apart around this ears.

@RachaelParkman @Plusnet There routers are as cheap as chips, I was with Plusnet for 10 years and to be fair their customer service was good in my experience, but first thing I did was change to a Netgear router, now with EE much better speed and they don’t restrict the speed in peak times like Plusnet

3 hours 30 minutes (and counting) waiting for a DM response regarding security. Full details of problem submitted. No response. Is your telephone helpline more responsive? @plusnethelp @Plusnet

Husband on phone to @plusnethelp . He’s said ‘we don’t have a telephone’ at least 5 times. Same convo as yesterday, still no further in solving. We don’t even know what the problem is and @Plusnet can’t seem to identify either. Absolutely hopeless.

any else have issues with @Plusnet connections after 8pm, after customer services have gone home and then they get back in its all fine again. Is this part of the business model. Combined with making people run about "trouble spotting" at home when the issues are in their network
