    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    @plusnethelp we have switched to @plusnet 2 weeks ago and since bt switched off their service we have had no internet!!! Husband is VERY stressed having to ring daily and explain the issue DAILY with NO RESLOVE DAILY!!! Not impressed with this company AT ALL!!!

    @Plusnet Hi I was supposed to have my Internet all set up yesterday and received a text around 2am saying all done. Router is showing blue but cannot get connected with any devices. Could somebody please help ASAP as need Internet to work from home
