@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@dsue1441_re BT now. Was with Plusnet. When that was independent, it was useful for me with my IT work because I could get a fixed IP address. They got progressively worse so in the end I binned them. Customer support was horrendous.

@sue_lees @dsue1441_re We have Plusnet... an issue a few weeks ago was dealt with by @plusnethelp very professionally. It took a while to resolve but they kept on it till it was. No real problems with them at all tbh

When your broadband supplier cuts off your supply without notice, 14 days prior to the date it’s supposed to be, when you have paid for the service and then tell you they’re are unable to reconnect the service until 4th November. Nice one @Plusnet best customer service #yeahright
