@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

  • karlpk Karl Keyte (@karlpk) reported

@Plusnet Having the only possible support as Twitter is not the way to go, Plusnet. Useless chat-bot, phone hold times beyond the patience of mankind. Removed the ability to create a problem ticket. It's a real race to the bottom now.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@emmawruns Hi Emma, I'm really sorry that no one has been in touch yet, the request for that is still pending so I'll give the right people a nudge and someone should be in touch soon. Is the service now working OK for you? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • Andtora2 Andtora (@Andtora2) reported

@Plusnet Any update on hastings outage?

  • EconNewsH Rob O'Neill (@EconNewsH) reported

@Plusnet called customer services about broadband and was told I'd get a call back in 5 mins. That was 15-20 mins ago and not the first time your customer service team have ghosted me like this.

  • karlpk Karl Keyte (@karlpk) reported

@Plusnet Your support is invisible now. Phone hold times make it impossible. No way to raise a ticket. No support e-mail. On-line chat a useless bot. So what's the deal? Have you essentially given up with customer service because it's too hard?
