@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@Plusnet Getting fed up of waiting now. Three cancelled open reach appointments to apparently change a broken port for the broadband to be turned on in our home. Yet the previous owners had perfectly fine broadband. Yet when I call you just keep telling me to wait.

  • markpfinlay Mark Finlay (@markpfinlay) reported

@plusnethelp made a complaint to Plusnet 15th June’21 - still not received so much as a courtesy phone call? Apparently the “manager” Craig just hasn’t bothered, and surprise surprise only Craig can help me, and he’s not back in until Saturday. Ombudsman here I come!

  • Master_P1 Puneet Prakash (@Master_P1) reported

@Plusnet worst service ever. New installation has taken over a month, with 4 engineers visits which have fizzled out to nothing. Both Plusnet and OpenReach blaming each other.

  • CalJW Calum (@CalJW) reported

@Plusnet Hi guys, I wanted to query with you regarding our internet. My partner uses a work VPN to do her job but the internet goes down for 10-20 seconds despite being wired direct to the router meaning her VPN drops out and in which isn't ideal. Any advice?
