    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    @Plusnet Renewed my broadband service with you and have had fibre extra for 2-3 years now so was really annoyed that I wasn’t allowed the new Hub 2, you certainly don’t look after existing customers.

    @nerdysynthdude Virgin customer service hasn't moved on from the NTL days. I've heard from people. PlusNet aren't terrible. They've deals on their website at the mo.

    @Plusnet Hi Emily. I can DM you further details - however as my parents did not set up a @Plusnet account & your own customer service admit their account was illegally seized they do not have a plusnet account user name..
