@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@Plusnet @SkintDad Your Internet is rubbish, stay away from it people it cuts off at least 3 times a day! Its been off over an hour now and still won't come on! I will be switching over to a more reliable company now. Absolute shocking service.

My broadband upload speed has been 0.5/6 for weeks and is affecting my app loading. Can someone at plusnet help. Have just renewed my contract last month and this isn't good enough in 2021. How about a rouer upgrade suitable for modern requirements? Please help

@FredTedHug 1) No - no post Youview box stopped working, spent all am trying to sort it including factor reset, nothing. Rung Plusnet, no longer supporting Freeview, may need a new box charge could be £160, but system would shutdown in Nov at end of contract - decided to cancel TV option
