    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    I had a great customer service experience with Vodafone broadband today. I've moved to them from plusnet who are pretty rubbish in my opinion.
