    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    @Plusnet after an hours phone call and being told it’s my equipment that’s faulty despite doing what I was asked and still no broadband connection& coincidence that others have issues. Shocking service. KeyWorker.

    My broadband is almost completely down pinging the Plusnet DNS @ 212.159.13.49 results in 82% packet loss and average of 19 *seconds* for a response.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet 3 tweets, 1 FB message, 5 phone calls and our Broadband is down again . Every day for the last 12 days ,at least. Gave up and booked the engineer even tho I have explained where the problem probably is. No compensation offered. Getting more than fed up.

    @Plusnet Help! I can't get BT Sport 1 that i'm subscribed to! There is also no Help option for TV on the phones!

    Right ok. Another plusnet router reboot at around the same time. Crashed out my server update. Thats two nights on run now. Every time it slices off another 2-3mbit down. It syncing now at 79904 max attainable 84577 all from stats on router but only get 63mbit down (wired conn).

    @Plusnet , @plusnethelp Stuff this! Your broadband service is adequate, your telephone helpers are good - but your email system is crap! 5 crashes just this morning, and that after recent complaints which have mostly been ignored. I am now informing everyone of a new address.

    I never quite saw the point of the black line doodles over the top of this Talk Talk video (or is this Plusnet?) - seems like a failed experiment but they couldn’t get the pen off the film frames #TOTP
