@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

Hi @plusnethelp @Plusnet I renewed my contact - all exactly as before. I was sent a new hub. I’m trying to connect but everytime I’ve put in my password it goes to the hub manager. It say its connected, the light is blue but still not going further than the manager. Please help!

If ur in the UK never go to @Plusnet as your ISP, we swapped 2 days ago and our internet still isnt on, we were told that it was going to be instant They told us an engineer was going to come today between 1pm-4pm to fix it, and they never turned up, we called them again (1/2)

@Plusnet Got a new Hub Two router a month or two back, and having lots of issues lately with devices' connection to WiFi regularly dropping out (e.g. Google Home and TV). Any advice?

@Ofcom what's the point of a ombudsman service when they just go in favour of the company any despite evidence showing the company are in the wrong? M,oney talks i guess a waste of my time the Ombudsman is fine i shall take @Plusnet to court instead and you too.

@Plusnet hello, someone was supposed to activate my internet today but they didn’t come out. I got a text that my phone service is active, but that’s about as useful as toenails on an earthworm. When can I expect internet service?
