@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@Plusnet I re sign for a new 2 yr deal & contract. I ask for the number to be moved from old fax line to standard internal line. Done - then you close the whole thing down and throw me off as I don't have a phone line with you. You didn't think to mention this when I re signed?

@padster1979 @virginmedia Seriously don’t bother. Pitiful reliability: not a day passes without connection issues. It does on rare occasions achieve 350 meg but I have to keep a Plusnet connection to the house for when Virgin fails on a daily basis.

  • AndyNor55099018 Andy Norton (@AndyNor55099018) reported

I've rang Plusnet 14 times totalling 7 hours of call time trying to sort the issue. I constantly get passed from provisioning, to technical, to faults in a vicious circle. Not acceptable at all. @plusnethelp @OpenreachHelp

  • JaneBarlow123 Jane Barlow (@JaneBarlow123) reported

Dear @plusnethelp any chance of having a continuous Internet service today? It would make a nice change. #internet #plusnet #broadband @WhichUK

  • chaplainchrisb @chaplainchris (@chaplainchrisb) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I would like to formally complain about the poor/lack of broadband speed over the past 10 days. I have already had an Openreach engineer loom at the issue. I am now paying for 4G on all devices

  • bairdyblues Bairdy 💙 (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales

@Gazman1927 @cardiffstu Virgin Media have recently installed cable around here and have been pestering me to sign up. Think I'll stick with Plusnet who have excellent customer service.

  • Beanie904 Beanie904 (@Beanie904) reported

Is there a problem in the yo19 area @Plusnet @plusnethelp because our broadband has been horrendous all afternoon. Tried looking on the website and there’s absolutely no way to find out or report

  • mthomas0317 michelle thomas (@mthomas0317) reported

@plusnet my broadband hasn’t been activated & it said by midnight on the 10/2/21 please help

  • rupertcollier Rupert Collier (@rupertcollier) reported

@natp80 @Plusnet @CloudWireless Yep it works well with a 4G Wi-fi router, I had that too before. Only thing is Sky needs landline based broadband for on demand stuff plus I found Netflix streaming quite poor. I would test it first if you can.

  • Nahidur Nahidur (@Nahidur) reported

@matthfield I had connectivity issues with two routers from plusnet. I ended buying a BT router on eBay and it works wonders.
