@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@Plusnet I agree that the customer service is great, particularly Sammy. However trying to get me to sign a new contract when the fault is with you. I should be getting substantial compensation for all the trouble I have had over the many months.

@Plusnet why can I not receive ANY calls on my mobile? One of your operators says there is an mobile outage but NOTHING on your status update !I’ve been waiting in all day for a call from ICU where partner is and nothing but they called 4 times what is going on this is appalling

C’mon then @Plusnet , your customer service is a joke never pick up , still unable to receive any calls and partner in ICU in hospital , need phone to work to speak with them but absolute zero response from you #shameonyou #getintouch #disgracefulcustomerservice
