@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@Plusnet Award winning service the girl Jasmin I just spoke to couldn't have sounded lesso tethered if she tried, my first day with you it's 6pm and I STILL have no I ternet, despite you cutting my existing provider off at midnight!!
