@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@ffabulois I’m with Plusnet because they pride themselves on their customer service & I’ve had no issues for the past year! We don’t game or stream on more than 1 device at a time though usually so it might not be suitable for your household. Good luck!!

Why is hold music legal? * Horrible music by artists I don't like * Terrible quality via phone speaker * Regularly interrupted by a nasty, loud crackling sound I don't get it? I'd rather take my business elsewhere? Violators: @Plusnet @patagonia in the last week.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet hi, my internet randomly cut out dead on 1am tonight and I haven’t been able to get it online since with various reboots, restarts etc. Can you please resolve ASAP as I work from home. Thanks.

Do @Plusnet have a customer support email address? Don't fancy spending 45 minutes on hold waiting for them to do me proud.

@onebtwocs Maybe if you got a better deal they would match it, or you say you're gonna leave they may move a bit on price... plusnet seems like a good price, but I've never used them tbh.

@plusnethelp I have told plusnet how slow and intermittent my fibre broadband is several times,it cuts out for several minutes at a time sometimes up to an hour, I cant watch a film, I might as well have a cheap broadband. and plusnet dont seem to care. :(

The more I think about this the angrier I get about it. All it would have taken is one email with a confirmation of the date in and all of this could have been avoided. To say "it's done now, hotspot using your phone" is not good customer service, @Plusnet, it's really not.

@Rob_J_Frost That's why I kicked them into touch. Bloody useless. The extra download speed isn't worth all the crap you have to go through to get a deal. I've switched to Plusnet fibre. Cost me £70 to have a new line in but that equates to 2mths VM and I'm now saving money as a consequence.
