    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a Β£176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    Oh ffs. My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

    @CommsOmbudsman Elderly vulnerable customer (80s, health issues) left without reliable phone for weeks due to failed BB migration. Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".

    @Plusnet I'm very happy with my PlusNet broadband and I've been with you many years but this aspect of your customer support is crap. My options seem to be: a) phone and wait 20mins+ or b) phone and wait 20 mins + Hmmnn... πŸ€”

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
