  @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

  @Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

  Back in March @plusnet @plusnethelp cancel my account due to errors on my account. They restart me on a new account to continue my services. And then today I get a bill charging me £468 for terminating my accounts early (even though I am still with Plusnet). Come on sort it out!!

  @Plusnet My phone is no longer accepting calls. It goes straight to voicemail. I've taken my sim out, then put it back in, but still no joy. Phone says that mobile network state disconnected on the sim card status. Help...

  @Plusnet why is there no service after 8pm? I've sat to work on my dissertation for my masters degree and there's no Internet. No ip address available 😑I've done all your checks, I can't do your troubleshooter as it needs a landline
