    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    @Plusnet @NicJones6ag This is an outright lie. Many still have no internet despite the router saying its connected. Online apos and pages no longer open and your iwn webpage looks bad. Yiu cant access community on yiur own damn webpage. Abysmal treatment of customers.

    @jcollinscareers @Plusnet They don’t keep to their promises of callbacks as I’ve now found 3 times this week. Currently on hold to cancel

    @Plusnet @thisannoyedme Cobblers. My router says I have internet but now none of my online apps work anymore. Your fix is an absolute joke. I cant even sign in on them. This is terrible customer service

    @Plusnet why does your engineer fault bot ask me to type “next” to book the next available appointment but then FAIL to tell me when that might be????? I have a business to run. You’re not picking up phones either. Appalling customer service

    @plusnet Seriously, your entire Sheffield team needs to step back from this insipid copy+paste response fiasco. Not only are you failing to provide any meaningful update, you are actually making it harder for us to see if the problem is ongoing or now an individual one.
