@Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

@Plusnet I have just received my renewal price from you for my broadband. The price is £0.99p more per month than the prices for the same product on your website. Could you please tell me why an existing customer has to pay more than a new one please?

@Plusnet Okay. Thanks for responding. You should really think about having a lower tariff for people like us, in areas where the infrastructure means we have a maximum of approx 7mbps, and frequent episodes of no service at all.

@plusnet No internet for 12+ hours. Outages were reported last night and users in CF24/CF14 still reporting issues. None of your troubleshooting steps have fixed anything. Please can you advise when this will be fixed as severely impacting working from home. Have also DM'd.

worst internet connection problems with Shell (in case others are experiencing the same thing), never had that with Plusnet but renewal deal was really bad so had to go with the next cheapest thing ie Shell, router takes 4ever to warm up, switching again
