    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    @Plusnet our fibre broadband drops connection at around 21:30ish every night. It usually comes back on a few minutes later. Could you help please?
