    @Plusnet What a shame you want to charge me a £176 exit fee when my partner and I are both plusnet customers moving in together so will only require one internet service! A great way to repay our customer loyalty over the years...

    @NOW absolute worst service ever. Moved my broadband from now to Plusnet who handled the switch. All good apart from now owe me a credit/refund of £23. Have promised this 3 times and still not received.

    @Plusnet @kylemtenten Hi. I’ve just seen this message and my father in law has had this email too. He’s 85 and vulnerable. Support tell me there’s nothing they can do, we’re just going to lose the broadband, phone line, and incur a £280 charge!
