  @Plusnet internet has been going off all day, I have gone through troubleshooting. At first I was relieved that I wasn't the only one today then it hit him how poor this service is and it shouldn't be that way in 2021. I shall be looking forward to my contract finishing.

  @Plusnet Hello, I am trying to cancel my mobile payments, and to leave Plusnet, as I no longer have a phone. Is there anyway without utilising a phone, as I don't have one. Many thanks
