    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Only ok for a few mins and now no internet - couldn't be at a worse time, please can you advise how to get a new router, can never get through on phone and if not sorted will have no choice but to change provider which i dont want to as have been happy for yrs up to past few mths

    @Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK I've no service at all now. Openreach email on Christmas day said ultrafast now enabled. Arranged to transfer. Transfer/activation date was given as 15th and Plusnet ceased old service at that point. Vodafone, after me pushing, give various stories about what is happening

    @virginmedia I've been with you a month and my service has gone down. I've been with PlusNet for many years on much slower speeds but never had my service go down. This is absolutely shocking experience. Your prices are higher but your service is poor. Sort it out asap!
