    @Plusnet We had an engineer visit us not long ago and all was ok going out of the house and I think ok with the external BT line. There was/is a problem that couldn't be identified our end. You will have to read his report.

    @TalkTalk Nonstop issues with my internet since June and today either no connection or less than 2mbps speed. All you say is it’s the exchange but I never had ANY issues with plusnet here for over two years! This is costing me the earth in mobile data packages

    @MartinSLewis we were with Plusnet and they failed to continue the email address when we moved - a year later it still causes problems.
