    @Plusnet You seem to having issues with the Internet. I got kicked out of 3 games online and on speed test run, this said it were slow. How can this be whilst I am on fibre connection?

    @kenny307mcfc @Footynut1Wendy It's certainly faster and with lower latency Kenny, I've just moved to them after 7 years with Plusnet who wouldn't play the haggling game this year. But, as Wendy knows, it's not available to everyone. The risk with using VM is that their customer service is non existent.

    @Plusnet You are supposed to be good with customer service, but since moving house you’ve caused me nothing but problems. Now my email address doesn’t work. I’ve had it for over a decade and I’m self employed. Told me it was getting fixed but no. Need this sorting now.

    @LewisJB__ Yea it always goes out as well apparently. Have bt at home never found problems but let my mates decide uni wifi and they’ve managed to get plusnet which is worlds worst lol

    @Plusnet Shame on you. Terrible customer service yet again. 1 month and counting to move my broadband service. Can only advise people to avoid at all cost.

    @Plusnet Yesterday I arranged to switch to you on the 27th September but last night I had an email confirming the switch on the 20th! I'll be penalised by my current provider if the switch occurs before the 26th so can this switch date be changed? Otherwise I'll have to cancel...

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp i left the company a couple of months ago because i can't get service in my area. Now plusnet have emailed me regarding the recent cancellation of my direct debit. My account is closed, so why am i still receiving emails regarding account activity?

    I work from home. I need internet to be able to pay my bills. Since I joined @Plusnet on 11/08 I’ve not had a full 24 hours of service. 5 engineers, new wires, holes in my walls + 2 boxes later and still nothing. I’m at my wits end, this is ridiculous.
