@jgoodliffe_ @virginmedia I know they likely don’t offer the same download speeds but I’ve always been happy with Plusnet’s customer service, swapped to them from virgin media and they were much more helpful!

@plusnethelp Well, that sucks for vulnerable people doesn't it? Still, I expect Plusnet gets its cut of the Premium Rate call fee, so they're alright...

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we are under the impression now that 1 of our volunteers has received a debt letter at their home address! how is that even possible? we have evidence of all our past correspondence with you we even emailed Phil Jensen detailing the bad service (2 of 2)

@plusnethelp Thank you but a bit too late. She's now blocked 0900 numbers but can't get a refund. Premium Rate numbers should be blocked by default with opt in. This poor lady has been conned out of £94 and Plusnet say it's her fault. Yet Plusnet has paid the money to the scammers. 😕

@antjo1987 @ThreeUK I left because I stopped getting service at my apartment, remember. Took many many phone calls for them to let me leave my contract early. I find PlusNet (who uses EE) has great signal. I get reception throughout the hospital, which I never used to. Not sure what's best there.
