@OpenreachHelp I'm frankly fed up with the number of major broadband outages in Elsenham. Three major issues in the past six months. Please sort the street box out so that a mere sneeze next to it doesn't knock out our connection. @Plusnet @BTBroadbandOUT

Hi @Plusnet I'm having a problem accessing the @LKQEuroCarParts website. I've tried this from a different network and it loads fine, however, when trying while on Plusnet I get a routing issue. Checked with another Plusnet user and they have the same problem, are you aware?

Hi 52 days no phone line no broadband now Plusnet tell me I will be updated on the 5th jan 23 and now Plusnet put the phone down on me and refused to talk to me what a shambles this is I am now going to speak with ombudsman

@Plusnet Hi Mike. Spoke to my housing people and they said unfortunately I won’t be able to carry over a service of internet provider as it’s not supported here and I can only choose from the list they’ve given me :(
