Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • robjo2112 ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reported

@WeAreOpenreach Each time they lie through their teeth, it will appear on here and be reported to my MP, who is in this for me. They call it a mass outage and then email him saying 5 houses are affected. @Plusnet should cancel the account with no fees to pay (£159 exit) because of this.

  • lewesian Lewesian (@lewesian) reported

@tigger_tim @Plusnet SIM page says clearly “from March 2024” but chat help told me from the end of this month. I had exactly the same question. “The plan price will be increased on or after 31st March every year from March 2024 by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation + 3.9%” Misleading or…?

  • anonabc987 MD (@anonabc987) reported

Supposed to have @Plusnet install fibre broadband on 20/01/23 with their pals @WeAreOpenreach no one showed. Got the evidence to show it was their mistake and no engineer showed up but still can’t get an appointment before 25/03/23 even though their fault. Excellent service?

  • NetWelshy WelshyNetHead (@NetWelshy) reported

@Plusnet I've a red LOS light on the ONT and no broadband. Tried to log a trouble ticket and it keeps asking for day and evening phone numbers but only has a box for mobile number. Need the broadband for work!

  • OllyCole Olly Cole (@OllyCole) reported

@Plusnet Hi - can you cancel BT Sport from my broadband package please? As a Spurs fan I won't be needing it anymore.

  • juliusfrank67 carol robertson (@juliusfrank67) reported

@Plusnet hi when I try to reply privately Twitter is taking me to some other place but it’s just buffers. Please help

  • onairwithgareth Gareth Woods (@onairwithgareth) reported

@Plusnet No I haven’t made any changes whatsoever, on Friday the connection just dropped out of nowhere and is still as bad. It’s so bad my Alexa doesn’t even barely work.

  • NobbRott Johnkey (@NobbRott) reported

Ditched @Plusnet broadband and phone account today after 11 years. The customer services person did the usual package upgrade offer to their fastest package. Problem is I should already have been on the fastest. So when did @Plusnet change my speeds and not notify me? #abysmal

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@onairwithgareth Hi Gareth, I hope you had a good weekend despite the slow speeds. I'm sorry about that, I know it can be a horrible experience. Have you made any changes to your home wiring? Such as installing new extension socket or internal/external systems like cameras? Salik- Plusnet

@VodafoneUK hiya! Someone is using my address and repeatedly trying to cancel my plusnet services and switch to vodafone- is there anyway this can be stopped? I keep having to ring my service provider to prevent getting cancellation fees. Thanks x
