@OpenreachHelp According to Plusnet there is a fault in the M25 1FX area. As many key workers are working from home and need a good Internet connection, can you resolve the problem ASAP?

  • blidwize_united Adam Balkham (@blidwize_united) reported

I recently switched to @Plusnet leading to many drops in connection. Their advisor blamed the issue on the hardwiring and said that an engineer would cost a significant fee! (1/3)

  • jessparks94 Jessica Parks (@jessparks94) reported

@RogerOB49 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I'm having the same issue trying to get through on the phone!

  • kirstin_leese Kirstin Leese (@kirstin_leese) reported

@grezwell19 @Plusnet Put in a complaint online. I got told by the technical team to “just google” the ombudsman, the complaints team let me out of the contract with no fees. They have no control over what the technical team are telling people.

  • keavaoloan Keava (@keavaoloan) reported

@bruskyyyy @plusnethelp Been trying to leave since last year; log complaints every month, tried multiple routers at different addresses. Nothing provides decent internet, no-one at plusnet cares. Been paying for a service we can’t use for over a year and been told only way out is to buy our way out 🙃

  • pinks_tribe Jo 🏳️‍🌈 (@pinks_tribe) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Unless you're with plusnet, because then it's unlikely you'll be connected for long. Fed up customer here.

  • CrysTalksVlogs Crystal (@CrysTalksVlogs) reported

I could never get involved in a virtual TV audience, my Internet cuts out way too often, cheers Plusnet 🙄👍. Would love to know what broadband providers the #SaturdayNightTakeaway audience use lol

  • obsdalepk Andrew Stewart (@obsdalepk) reported from Alness, Scotland

@Jimdow1M I left Plusnet recently because of poor download speeds. Joined SKY and speeds increased significantly. Based in Rossshire

  • keavaoloan Keava (@keavaoloan) reported

@Mummiesguide @plusnethelp It’s standard with Plusnet, unfortunately. We’ve been with them through a home move on totally different sides of Liverpool, location doesn’t seem to matter; service is reliably diabolical.

  • chunkyyetfunky Georgina (@chunkyyetfunky) reported

@Plusnet is the worst broadband ever, such a waste of money every month
