@4Viewers Is your issues with PlusNet been resolved yet? When I phoned I was told this was the reason and I’m still experiencing this error code. It’s been almost a month now.

The @Plusnet customer services people help as best they can, trying to find alternatives, but BT WiFi hotspots aren't strong enough in my flat. I've already racked up quite the mobile bill using extra data. I resign myself to having to wait until 23rd March.

3 weeks with no internet since moving. Generic responses from #plusnet. No help until I raised a query after 2 weeks. Then to be emailed today sating that i'll get an update as and when the supplier is connecting. Burning my phone data at an alarming rate. What's happening?

@GeordieJoeHardy Well that's my extensive knowledge of networks exhausted then! I've got devolo Powerline adaptors, Plusnet said it was them causing my router to just stop. User community said it was a firmware update. Switched to BT, no problems. I guess if the new one works problem solved.
