Hi @Plusnet, you've been great but I'm leaving you, and I was out of contract on the 25th March, but you've just sent me an email saying that I will have £70 of early termination fee's on my final bill. Can you help me with that please?

@Apwhite1402 @Rugbylad37 @Plusnet Aye I remember you saying. I've honestly had zero problems with them. In fact they got a guy out to sort my speeds and disconnections by going up the pole and fixing it, which BT said wasn't necessary. So hopefully they fix this charge seeing as I'm out of contract

@sdcbmthsch Hi Stephen, that does sound rather odd. While this isn't something we'll have much knowledge on via this support channel, I'm certain someone in our Community Forum may be interested to know about this. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@QubeGB We had a no show from a Qube tech today on behalf of Plusnet, claiming he couldn’t gain access. Why didn’t he call us? We are in a rural location with lots of parking. How frustrating. Both of your websites lay claim to first class customer service.

@O2 checked your online tool and it says no incidents but our landline from @Plusnet is down in the area. (Confirmed it's an issue in area with plusnet). I have no data service from you guys... (TN31) could you confirm if you have an issue to? Turned off my WiFi but no data.

@angrypiln 12 years ago I was on orange broadband barely getting 2mb on a bad day 4mb on good day. Then got email saying my bill going from £14 to £20 I phoned got you can get 10mb in your area. So switched to (new) plusnet not looked back. 3 years ago finally got fibre in area.

@Plusnet More likely your sales system just itself checks if a referred customer is 'existing' and if yes doesn't confirm the order to the affiliate network it came from. (I realise Aff. Window & Quidco never see one's account details)

@Plusnet I googled to fix in the end. Thanks for following up. But why have there been so many issues lately?

@triscoe @Rugbylad37 @Plusnet Good luck, you will need it. PlusNet weren't able to supply me with Internet for 9 months but still charged me the entire period. I vowed then to never ever return.
