@Plusnet Plusnet hopeless I pensioner very desperate to save money to pay to warm home! Plusnet so slow to install after taking money I am paying them AND another provider this is a very hard difficult month for me. Think twice before a switch to them

Switched mobile provider from @VodafoneUK to @Plusnet and couldn't be happier. Great customer service that doesn't require a 20 minute wait on hold and better still it's so much cheaper & More flexible for the same data etc. 👍

Not at all surprised that @Plusnet have my first invoice wrong, charging rather than when they actually provided a service & forgetting the promised BT credit - what a shambles of a company!

@ato_yorke_ Next time go for Plusnet. They are honest and their customer service is pretty good. Unfortunately I've recently left them for Vodafone. Somebody kick me!
